Dr. John Keen Wildemore, MD

Having been a patient for about 5 years, After reading the reviews regarding Dr. Wildemore and his office, I was very surprised and felt impelled to write mine. Beginning with the office staff, I’ve never had anything remotely resembling a problem. Dr. Wildemore himself has been most professional, courteous and thorough throughout my experience. I have sent several friends to him who have become regular patients, as well.

Dr. Covello and Joelle are the best! Received excellent care! However, after going every month for 8+ months and not being notified of any balance due, all of a sudden I was informed I owe $500. The office manager demanded I pay immediately, and would not let me talk to the doctor about a side effect of my medication until I did so! After she lied repeatedly, she got mad that I contested that I should have to pay immediately without notice, and said that I cannot be a patient there anymore! She was on a power trip, and the whole situation was completely unprofessional! If I had a serious side effect of my medication, I would call Kline & Specter and collect beaucoup bucks for professional negligence/medical malpractice! Then again, maybe I just will, I met Mr. Kline many times at Drexel! Stay away!!!!

I had relatively normal clear skin before going to this office and now I have scarring over my ENTIRE face while in the care of Doctors Wildemore and Cavello. They couldn't care less. I had a horrible outbreak that could have easily been taken care of, however, they needed my other physicians to give them the go ahead to prescribe me the medication that I desperately needed. It took MONTHS to go through this process as they just sat back and watch my face rot away. I now look about 10 years older than I actually am and they could care less. I have deep scarring across my ENTIRE FACE and their solution, instead of prescribing me the preventative meds I needed, was to refer me to a plastic surgeon. They don't care.

There are many reviews on this office that complain about the rude office manager and staff. I have been treated very poorly by the office manager on many occasions. Dr Wildermore is nice but how he allows his staff to treat patients disrespectfully is not right. Please read the reviews on this and don't make the mistake I did and think it would be okay. I have never been treated like this at any other office.The office manager is very vindictive towards certain patients and I am seeking another physician.

An exceptional visit. Dr. Wildemore could not have been more professional and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. He explained everything about my issues and treatments. A top medical doctor.
