Dr. Wilkinson performed my carpal tunnel surgeries in January and July 2023. Very successful outcomes. He has great bedside manner, explains things in easily understood terms. Great staff at his clinic as well.

They fit me in for an emergency fracture when I was hurting and anxious. Dr. Wilkinson's nurse is extremely helpful and considerate. The doctor really listens and explains in easy to understand language! Patient and kind with any concerns or questions.

On a Sunday morning while using my table saw, I sawed through 90% of my little finger on my left hand. I mentioned Sunday only because Dr. Wilkinson was off and the physician assistant told me he was at the beach. I spent the rest of Sunday and Sunday night in the hospital and was scheduled for surgery Monday morning at 7:00 AM. While in the emergency room I was given the option of amputation or salvage and I chose salvage. All during the day the physician assistant was sending Dr. Wilkinson numerous pictures and X-rays of my finger. When Dr. Wilkinson arrived at the hospital he was completely knowledgeable of the condition of my finger and asked me again if I wanted amputation or salvage. He took the time to explain to me the pros and cons of both options and what the potential out come of each would be. He was straight forward and did not sugar coat anything which did not make my decision any easier but did not leave me with any false hopes. After listening to Dr. Wilkinson I was… confident my little finger was in good hands and again I chose salvage. Dr. Wilkinson made me well aware the finger would never look the same and the physical therapy was going to be a long drawn out process. Zachary is very lucky to have Dr. Wilkinson and I will be forever grateful for the care and compassion he has provided for me.
