Dr. John Williamson, MD

On August 6, 2024 I had a 1:00 pm. I was asked to arrive 30 minutes early to complete my paper work as a new patient. I arrived at approximately 12:40 pm. When I walked in the office, the receptionist was laying on a chair, as if she was taking a nap. She said I 'm sorry we are closed from 12 to 1pm. She asked me leave the office, and I and other patients waited in the heat until 1:00 pm. I arrived early, as I was asked by uber, so my ride was gone. Once inside, I filled out my paperwork, and waited another hour to see the doctor. He was very nice, and apologized for the wait. I told him that I was not happy and that I would not be back. The receptionist was not very professional nor polite. I also told her how I felt. Customer Service has gone to nothing. I was late returning to work due to the lack of communication with the arrival time and there was several appointments scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Very disappointed Katrena Harrison

First of all when I come in his office faculty is so welcoming and always asks how I am doing and how I am feeling which means so much to me personally because most offices just tell you to sign in and have a seat. But no not these Ladies they are very polite and go above and beyond to help me with my meds. appointments and always return my calls very fast!! As for DR. Williamson I have been seeing him for several years and he always listens to me and takes care of my pain areas , which are many different areas. I never get the sedation because when he numbs me up I am always fine I can deal with a little sting and then just wait a few minutes afterwards and drive myself home. He is that AMAZING HE GETS THE PAIN AREA EVERY TIME AND IS ALWAYS ASKING ARE YOU OK DURING THE PROCEDURE ROOM. AS FOR ME HE IS THE BEST FOR ALL MY PAIN SO THERE FOR I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE IN PAIN!

I like john Williamson staff is not so good wouldn't call back after shot when hurting then couldn't work me in when I said it was bad

Great doctor who is genuinely interested in helping his patients deal with lifelong pain. His goal is to help you live each day with as little pain as possible. He truly cares and this is a blessing.

Dr. Williamson now practices in Conroe, Tx. I have suffered from chronic back pain for several years. I made an appointment with him in hopes of finding a doctor that would actually do more than write me a Rx. I despise the "strictly business / no sense of humor" personality in a doctor. I like someone that cuts up with me, will listen to what I say, spends quality time with me, & not run me in & out of the exam room like cattle in an auction ring. As soon as he walked in the room I KNEW he was exactly what I had been searching for. He was all smiles actually listened to my concerns. I was totally at ease. He set me up for a procedure @ a surgery center & with a neurologist (for a test my PCP thought I needed & i'd asked everyone else about but was blown off) within a weeks time. He's setting up my next procedure now. I have been seeing him for about a month & a half now & there is no doubt in my mind whether I made the right decision or not!

Very unhappy with Dr Williamson office, wont call me back to let me know if my insurance will pay or not. Over 15 days no answer, doesnt take that long with any other doctor. Very frustrated when you wait over a month to see doctor and dtill cant get pain shot.

Dr. Williamson has been my pain management physician for the past 8 years. I have received great success with his treatment of my back pain and recommend his to anyone who needs assistance with pain. He is very gentle and caring. His staff is great as well.

Dr. Williamson is the best doctor I've ever had the pleasure of being a patient of. He is very caring and listens to you and your ideas of your own health care as well as helping with solving the issue of your pain. I highly recommend him.

I have gone to Dr. Williamson for 5 yrs. When I started, Tim was the P.A. and he was very efficient and easy to talk to. Then Diane came in which was also concerned about her clients health. Now they have David and he's a zero!!!!! BEWARE BE VERY AWARE!!!!! Then I was dropped as a patient.

I have been a patient of Dr Williamsons for a long time. They are very strict with their medicine refill policies. You have to see the Dr every 3 months to get medicine refilled. If your father in law is having problems with his medication the Dr will be made aware of that from teh pharmacies and/or insurance companies. They randomly do drug screens and he will eventually get caught if what you are saying is indeed the truth. To assume things about someone without the true facts to support your assumption is very bad. Patient of Dr Williamsons
