Dr. Jolanta M. Kibilska-Borowski, MD

I saw Dr. Jolanta for the first time last night, as a new patient the impression of the office and everyone working there was nothing but positive. Nothing felt rushed and the visit seemed very thorough. Dr. Jolanta was kind, the initial exam was a good experience. Dr. Jolanta has a calm, caring and pleasant bedside manner. Some doctors spend 5 minutes with you and rush you out the door, this was not the case at Atlantic. I didn't have to wait long for my appointment, the exam and discussion was thorough. I felt good about the experience and I look forward to seeing how things progress, I anticipate them being able to help me. Time will tell as we get to the bottom of my health issues, but my initial impression was excellent. The assistant who took my blood for labs was also excellent; she was patient, explained everything and had no difficulty finding a vein. Right now, I am very happy I found this practice and Dr. Jolanta and I would definitely recommend the office to others.… To give a bit of background, as a former employee in a medical office, review platforms can become a place for disgruntled patients to vent. Unless negative reviews are consistent, often someone will have an isolated problem, a disagreement or a billing issue that leads to problems with the office overall. It's been proven that people share negative experiences much more freely than positive, so I think it's important to share what I think when I encounter those who represent their profession well.

I do not advise anybody to waste a time to see her. She is not capable to give you correct attention and diagnosis. Also, she doesn't have any intention to discuss the results of blood tests which she takes on each visit. I am not up to evaluate those tests. After you leave her office you are completely on your own. She is not fit to be a doctor. More later...

The wait time was never excessive - 10mins. The staff were always friendly and fun. And Dr. Jolanta Borowski was always engaged and familiar with me and any issues I had. I'm the type who just wants their blood drawn and prescriptions refilled before running off. But she spent _a lot_ of time with me every visit anyway - never less than 20mins, usually 30mins. She's funny. But she can also use that wit to guilt you into taking better care of yourself when necessary. She stays updated with medical trends and new medications. My impression was that she'd be open to alternative (and holistic) treatments, though she never pushed them on me. I recently moved out-of-state and I really don't expect to find another doctor who will make such a personal investment in me.
