This office is Horrible.. I've been a patient since 2020 and I can't take the Horrible service any longer. Sobotka office is the only rheumotologist in the area which explains the lack of care shown to patients. I keep receiving a bill from past visit due to them not receiving prior authorization from my insurance and was told that it was my responsibility to make sure I have prior authorization before coming to an appointment with them.2 receptionist at the office literally argued me down about this so I left without seeing the dr for my follow up. I Called back spoke to office manager Ashley and told her I didn't appreciate how I was treated by the staff. She notified me that the staff was not rude she was there. So with that being said why didn't Ashley the office manager come talk to me if she was there and witnessed her disrespectful staff. Also I confirmed with my insurance that it is infact NOT my job to get my own authorization. My concern is a couple of years ago I was told I… couldn't be seen until my bill i had was fully paid.I paid it with no problem. But I could only imagine how many elderly patients are paying bills due to the staff not completing their job duties and making sure authorization are received before any patient comes in for their appointment. The staff and dr. are very dismissive, incompetent and dont care about service their patients receive. Please travel if you want a dr. And staff that care and won't place blame on patients.

She is horrible . She is the worst doctor I have ever seen. Please save yourself. She does not care one bit about her patients. Not One little bit. She should lose her license. Deserves zero stars.

Dr Sobotka and her staff are the worse group of medical professionals that I have ever had the misfortune to have had to be associated with. I went (I finally left a month ago) for years to this practice and got the poorest treatment I ever had from a doctor and staff. I got the wrong prescription sent to my specialty pharmacy after waiting months for them to send it, they didn’t refill prescriptions (it took them months to refill my Prolia), Dr. Sobotka would spend 5 minutes with me and never examine me even when I complained of new pain. I would leave messages and never hear back. I am now with a group that I have to drive over hour away to receive the care I should have been given all along. Please if you are looking at these reviews and thinking of going to this doctor, DON’T!!! I know this area doesn’t have a lot to choose from when it comes to rheumatologists but find one in another city like I did. It is worth it.

She sent me for a muscle biopsy and 6 months later, when i went back to her, she didn't know that I had it done. Then when we were leaving one of the office staff took my wife and me into a room and said "don't come back, she does not want to see you". I don't think the doctor had a clue of what was wrong with me.

I had appt today, I scheduled it 3-4 weeks ago. I’m an established pt. I get there and they have NO appt for me!!!!! They ask Dr if she’ll see me and NO, they ask me to reschedule! I drove half hour, waited in office 20 min! UNACCEPTABLE

My first appointment was longer than normal, but was expected. Each appointment I have had since has been quick and to the point. She listened to my concerns about biologic medication and allowed me to try something different. This did not work and ended up taking biologics, but i feel so much better. When I have called to get in on short notice the staff was friendly and helpful and I was able to get in rather quickly.

I had a 10:00am appointment. I did not leave until 1:15pm. They wanted me to get xrays done also. I had to leave to get back to work-without getting them done. Very dissatisfied with this. I had already taken time off of work. I could not take any more time off.

have had 2 flare ups from my RA to the point I cant move waiting on them. If you want an appointment well to bad they book out 2 1/2 months. telling all of you this so you don't waste your time with this doctor and her staff because your RA will not wait on them.

Went in for recurring joint pain. She said nothing was wrong with me and suggested I take an Motrin. I personally don't like doctors who try to mask an issue temporarily with meds instead of finding a cause for your problem and developing a treatment for healing, and giving advice OTHER than medication. Also, hard to connect with.
