Jon Auger should be out of a job. I have absolutely nothing good to say about Jon Auger or his office. He does not treat his patients as people he treats them as a number and another dollar. His solution to my urology issues was”well it’s just something you will have to deal with the rest of your life” and just “go to the emergency room when it happens” Which is a horrific response from any doctor. And considering I’m with doctors now who have made significant strides with my medical issues and seeing the damage he caused now due to lack of treatment for me was boardline malpractice. They are also extremely unprofessional. They changed offices - and never notified any their clients.

I unfortunately fell into doctor Auger as my urologist. My family has clear history of kidney stone issues and he did not listen to me as a patient. I had repeat kidney stones for over a year and he did nothing. He made me feel that because I was a woman it couldn't be as bad and it wasn't as important of an issue. It took over 10 stones in one year to even consider helping me more or discussing other options. Then after my procedure at West Allis he didnt even come discuss how things went with it. Also recently I called their new office numerous times for assistance given he had been my urologist and they didnt even bother to return my call. Nor did they even advise previous patients that their West Allis practice closure. Completely unfortunate, unprofessional and unacceptable. Way to make a patient feel just like a number and that your out for their money.

Dr. Auger helped me tremendously. He keeps up with the current state-of-the-art in urology and men's health. He took time to understand my symptoms and how they were effecting my life. He recently suggested a better treatment option for my condition, which really has improved my life. I'd strongly recommend him as a urologist.

Dr. Auger was really caring and understanding in dealing with a very sensitive problem. He was a good listener and took enough time to discuss all of the treatment options.
