Dr. Burdzy and staff exceeded my expectations.

I was new to the are and had to find a local doctor, mostly to get refills on my maintenance blood pressure and thyroid meds. Well, Dr Burdzy changed up my medications for the sole purpose to string me along for another appointment in 2 months. Will only give a 3 month prescription for my thyroid medication, something I've been on for over 20 years. Other doctors would give a 90 day supply with 3 refills until my next lab test. Not the doctor for me.

I have no complaints about Dr. Burdzy. My complaints are with his office staff It took two weeks for me to get results of bloodwork when an adjustment on my meds was hinging on the results. The only call back I got was for them to ask where I had my bloodwork done which flabbergasted me because I had it done i their office. I kept calling and even stopped by the office because I could not get a return call. I then went for a pulmonary function test and heard nothing for one month!! called back A Belinda called to ask where I went for the test. I thought they should have known as they had to call to set up my appt. Belinda called back at 6:00 PM on a Friday night?? I could not get to the phone before it stopped ringing but I did call back in a matter of 1 or 2 minutes but of course I got a recording saying the office was closed. I called back first thing Monday but got no call back. I would really like to know if Dr Burdzy knows how his patients are being treated. Hate to… leave a bad review but I can't get through to anyone to find out results of tests - totally fustrating!!

Reliable , Knowledgeable, Amiable, A fine, smart, pleasant doctor. Highly Recommended.

Great Doctor! He takes his time to make sure you are well taken care of, even if it means he is a few minutes late to his next patient.

Trust I couldn't feel any more secure with anyone. That is what I was looking for , and he delivers each and every time.
