Dr. Garramone is a fantastic surgeon that explains all options to you! His staff is always helpful! I highly recommend this office!

I had arthroscopic surgery to repair a torn meniscus. The meniscus was repaired but chronic swelling, discomfort and pain a year later CAUSED DIRECTLY BY THE SURGERY at the incision site is worse than the meniscus tear. He is unable or unwilling to do anything to help this, and instead wants to charge more to find some hidden new problem when the cause is clear.

I have received a Knee PRP injection from Dr. Garramone! I can not begin to tell you how much this has improved my life! If you are looking at surgery, this injection may benefit you. This office from the physician to the staff are extremely intelligent!!! I would recommend to anyone in the area!!

I am and will always be a huge advocate of Dr. Garromone.... I had an ankle surgery which resulted in a bilateral pulmonary embolism... I was scared & could not get any information from the hospital. Dr. Garromone took time away from work to spend the afternoon with me in the hospital to talk me through my options & what I was facing. He spent more time with me than any "specialist" at Littleton Adventist (do not recommend). He was there when I needed him & I will never, ever forget his commitment to me!

Dr. Garramone has been caring for myself and my family for the past few years, and we couldn't be more pleased with him as a physician. Dr. Garramone really makes an effort to get to know me, and inquires about my family and things I share with him on each return visit. His staff are both courteous and knowledgable, and make the process very easy. He has helped my son recover from a wrist injury in a much shorter amount of time than predicted, and helped me and my husband with our various other health concerns throughout our time with his practice. He has exhibited his capability repeatedly, and we have referred many other of our family and friends to his office. We very much are grateful to Dr. Garramone for his availability and hard work. Scheduling has not been an issue for us, and even in the rare occasions there have been technical issues, his staff quickly resolved them and got us through the healing process quickly.

I should have known that this office and Dr Garramone himself were horrible when his schedule was wide open for an appointment when I called. A credible and popular Orthapedistist is hard to come by and usually requires a long wait for an appt. I was desperate and chose to get in with the doctor that could see me first. Huge mistake! I had two appts with this man, of which the first appt he arrived in my patient care room 45 min after my scheduled appt time. The second time I waited 1.5 hours!!!!! He then spent all of 3 minutes with me and off I went. I was later billed for care that I never received. When I questioned his staff they turned me over to a separate billing office. They could not explain why I was billed for the erroneous charge, but still expected payment. I proceeded to contest it through my insurance and this man LIED and said he did perform what he billed for. My insurance company has given me the option to sue but I feel for the $120 charge, it's just not… worth the headache. I will pay his phony charge but he will pay with a guilty conscience. My goal is to run him out of business! My experience will not be in vain. If I can prevent one person from stepping into his greedy office, my goal is accomplished. His office staff is horrible too. When I called to get my X-rays some monotone lady with no heart made it next to impossible for me to get them. Doctors take an oath to practice medicine with honor and integrity. This man practices unethically.
