He is rude and wants extensive tests when not needed. Sloppy billing practices. Do not trust what he says as he will reverse what he says and tries to say things that are not true I.e., cancelling an appointment. He tries to say that you didn’t do it so he can hold you to it. Have a witness. He also reads of cigarette smoke—give it up doc

the billing used by this office the the worst I have ever dealt with. Still getting bills from over a year ago because of their creative accounting and insufficiency

Doesn't listen too well. Will often interrupt to get a word in. Billing problems. Will have you coming back too often, because he wants the money. Not necessary to come back every three months just to monitor you.

Is rude to patients and staff. He makes you wait a long time. He is very slow and does unnecessary testing. Smells of smoke .fill out progresss note before going in with patient.

Dr Jacobson is great! He never makes you feel like he's in a hurry to get rid of you, or that you aren't important to him. He makes sure you understand everything he is telling you, and is always willing to explain anything you don't understand. He has been my eye doctor for many years, and I wouldn't want to see another dr for any reason.
