Dr. Jon Alan Keim, MD

Most caring, compassionate, friendly, knowledgeable, detail oriented, easy to understand.... Staff us know been seen by patients waiting in waiting room, found front staff to be very rude, impatient, unorganized, disrespectful to the elderly. Only purpose to go to KOP Family Practice is for this Dr. His partner, Dr Eckert has got to be the WORST rude, unprofessional, insensitive PCP Ive ever met,. I actually took my State Suppirt Coordinator and my CNA in with me which to all of our impression saw this Dr to be dismissive, incapable of listening, very unprofessional to mention a few. My SC reached out to him to try to explain things yet she found him to be Curt with her, refused any dealings with her. Dr. Oviously had personal issues with another Dr in same practuce., My almost 10 year PCP, after my PCP left, Dr Eckert was displeased with my PCP as he'd often Dr Jon Keim was able to think outside of the box and showed kindness, patience and compassion to his patients. Dr Eckert… had issues and he failed to review my medical documentations, proof of test showing my DX (complicated and with no treatment or surgeries ) he failed to review one of my DX (frontotemporal love disease which causes behavioral changes, affects relationships, focusing inability, etc. So instead of understanding any of these symptoms, Dr Eckert was we pick to falsify my medical records claiming I am a manipulator to get ppl to do for me, ignoring all medical records results, and made a huge negative comment in the opiod website Drs look at before dispensing any pain meds. He wrote that I am a opiod abuser with another drug. He was unable to specify what that other drug was. I spent many years using only one pharmacy, one Dr, never asked for meds too soon, never claimed I lost pills.... I agreed to urine drug testing anytime, signed wouldn't try to get opiods elsewhere without telling hospital meds I'm on, and accepted the opiod overdose script for any possible overdose, all clean, I started on lowest pain meds went up the ladder.... Over many years. Because if Dr Eckert falsifying my medical records as he had done work any proof, other then his frustrations at my PCP. I gave a OILST order stating "comfort measures onky@, no hospitals unless cannot maintain comfort measures, at hospitals ER Drs sees Dr Eckert so negative comment and now refuses to provide me anything other than tylonal. My children now gets to watch their mom moan in pain daily which has affected them. Dr Jon Keim chose to leave working with Dr Eckert.

Dr Keim is well worth traveling as he truly cares for pts.
