Jon Robert Pirrello, MD

Dr. Pirrello did my surgery in 2018 and I wish all doctors out there would be like him. He is caring, understanding and very thorough with everything! I wish my primary care was as thorough as Dr Pirrello is! He doesn’t judge his patients, you know what he expects of you and you do it. I have been following Dr Pirrello where every he moves to because he is a great doctor. Thanks Dr Pirrello for changing my life!

Dr pirrello is amazing. I cant say enough about this amazing doctor. He saved my fiance's life from out of state gastric bypass where they made mistakes. I am very sad he left St.Francis -- I tried to find his new office with no luck as I am in the works of getting my hernia & other issues fixed. I am so nervous without him on my team.

Dr. Pirrello saved my life. I’d had a complication from bariatric surgery that I had done out of state. Dr Pirrello was able to figure out what was wrong with me very quickly and preformed surgery to save my life. My recovery was very easy and I had zero complications after he fixed me up when it was expected I would have many complications and probably go septic. I attribute my easy recovery to his excellent skills at repairing the damage I had and also cleaning everything out so I did not get infected. My after care was also great and I knew everything I needed to do to have a successful recovery. Do to the seriousness of my issue and the chance that I might have more complications Dr Pirrello even gave me his personal phone number so I could contact him directly with any issues after I was discharged. What doctor is willing to do that these days? If you are looking for a bariatric or abdominal surgeon who will do right by you, take care of you, and won’t let you slack then… this is your guy.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Pirello, Marta the PA and the whole office staff! The process is slow at first but that’s only because they want to make sure their patients take this seriously. It took me a good 8 months to get through the process and have surgery but the wait was all worth it. Dr. Pirello and Marta both care so much about their patients. They spend time with you answering all of your questions. Sure you may have to wait a while in the office but you know they will spend just as much time with you as they have the patient before. I can’t recommend them enough! I wish there were more doctors like Dr. Pirello!

Everything has been pro long way to much no one seems to know how to keep appointments except for the actual people who are in need I don't know what type of circus is being run but I am highly upset at this point

Dr.Pierllo saved my life he found out was wrong and had years of suffering and pain from a botched Surgey he and the Hospital was not where I had It.And I Had a Stroke & grand mal seizure sometime after that terrible surgery.I owe my life too Dr.Pierello,Maria for keeping my hopes up and his Entire Team.God Bless and have a Slice, Brian

Dr Perrillo was one of the finest doctors I have fear seen. He was so kind and compassionate, and never seemed to be rushed. I highly recommend him to all.

Dr. Pirrello is about as real and honest as they come. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone considering bariatric surgery. Honestly, he saved my life. He speaks to his patients like they are real people with real issues. None of the "medical speak" so common with most medical professionals. You can't go wrong with Dr. Pirrello!
