Dr. Jon M Rich, DO

Jon Rich is a capable Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO); but is not a Doctor of Medicine (MD). I was a patient of his for over 10 years. Sadly, in my opinion, over the years his ego keeps growing and he has become more and more arrogant, aloof, and petulant at the expense of the patient care and service he once provided.

Dr Rich and the girls there are very nice. I’ve seen him for about 4 years now. He treats the whole family, even my grandkids.

Wow, What a great doc. So professional. Just witnessed him dealing with a very difficult lady who was completely out of control in the clinic. He tried diligently to explain to her what had happened and when the lady became uncontrolled he politely asked her to leave the office. Despite her outburst, he never raised his voice or seemed to be angry. And then he came right in and saw my family with a smile on his face. I couldn't recommend him more! Always nice, on time, and provides great care for even the complicated things. His staff is so caring and sweet also. It was just so refreshing seeing him handle a difficult situation professionally.

We highly recommend Dr. Rich. He is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain to his patients. He is thorough, detail oriented, and direct. I wouldn’t trust my family’s health to anyone else. We have never had to wait long to be seen. His staff is kind and friendly and always treat us with respect.

Dr. Rich was my doctor(and my husband's)for years until we moved to Florida. My dad passed away suddenly and we moved back. My husband and I will go back to this doctor running!! Dr. Rich is professional, caring, and compassionate. His staff are all amazing!! I only hope when I call my for an appt, this doctor is taking more patients. Best doctor and staff ever!!!!!

Dr Rich is my son's pediatrician and is the very best Primary Dr my son has had. Dr Rich takes time to listen and answer any questions he has. He goes above and beyond to give him the best care possible. Dr Rich is a very honest and forthright Dr and that's a quality by today's standard you just don't see everyday. I highly recommend anyone looking for a good Dr to consider Dr Rich.

Dr Rich and his staff have always been amazing with my daughter. They have helped her learn how to cope and control her ADHD. She is excelling in school and at home. Highly recommended
