FORMER PATIENT and here are just a few of the reasons why: During a pandemic, I needed to be referred to a Specialist and because I didn’t find one for myself, it caused major issues for me. I complained about my treatment of care, it caused issues for me. I submitted a request for refills and sometimes it would take a week before it would be called in, so therefore, I ran out of several of my medications and had to make unnecessary visits to the Emergency Room. I left messages and it would take days for someone to return my call. Getting an appointment within a few days was almost impossible. I called NARMC which is who he is affiliated with and it got me no where. That is just a few of the issues I had while I was a patient of Dr, Richters. The Medical Board is going to be advised of this, it’s unacceptable.

Been seeing Dr Richter for about 7 years. He used to be a very attentive doctor. If you went in for blood work or if he sent you for some other test, we were informed either by letter or a phone call of the results....no more! If you have tests of any kind you have to keep calling the office and have to practically beg for your results. He doesn't seem to care about his patients any longer. We are currently in search of a new doctor....we have lost all faith in Richter and his staff!!

Went to this Dr. for the first time with a resistant yeast infection. Gave me a 3 day round of diflucan, then 7 days of metrondiazole, then 7 days of ...
