Very positive experience with Dr Staffel. After seeing other ENTs and no relief for sinusitis and nosebleeds lasting 4 months, Dr Staffel corrected my problem. No long wait times, easy to make appointments. He’s knowledgeable, considerate and kind. My daughter and son-in-law are both patients. He did a successful rhinoplasty on my son-in-law.

This Dr was horrible to go to. I have had a sore tongue and month for awhile so went to see him. He was very abrupt and uncaring. First thing he shoved something up my nose without telling me and it was really painful and thought a very going to scream and jump out of my chair. I said you had Burning Mouth Syndrome that could last for years. That was scary and I asked him what to take and eat and he said ....you will figure it out. Then he gave me a paper on things to take but then said the information was not correct and took it away. It was one of the worst experiences I have had in my life. No compassion!

Dr. Staffel is a great doctor. Would recommend him to everyone. Office personnel never has a good attitude especially the appointment lady. !!

Dr. Staffel is the best nose and throat doctor I have ever been to. He has helped me with a lot of things and helped me find out what was wrong with me he didn’t give up he until he found the answer.He did a great job with my surgery. I would highly recommended him to anyone

Dr. Staffel corrected my deviated septum and took out my tonsils and adenoids while also trimming my tirbunates. I now breathe better and no longer snore. For the first time in my life, I can breathe regularly through my nose and no longer have the incessant throat clearing problem that I had before the surgery

I know how you feel...Dr. Staffel is about the worst kind of bogus. BE AFRAID, BE VERY AFRAID before you choose this doctor. He has no regard for you as a person or patient if he screws up your surgery. I am seriously scarred and disfigured from my surgery....for life. If you value your health, then seek help from a competent physician.

I have had SERIOUS issues since this guy performed my sinus surgery. He left me with non-functional nasal tissue with all the cauterizing and subsequent scar tissue. He basically left me with empty nose syndrome. If you are not familiar with this condition, look it up. I am left with 'crippled' sinuses. Respect your own health, choose someone else.
