Been to many RA doctors, he is my favorite. He cares and most of all he listens!!!

I have been a patient of Dr Twining' for nearly 3 years and trust him completely. He is caring and thorough. I would highly recommend him.

Dr.Twinning has treated me for RA for over a decade. He is very knowledgeable and provides individualized care.

Dr Twinging had a nurse named Kathy who sent in perscriptions for Prednisone for 2 years without me every seeing the Dr. While I did not use much of the prednisone, I truly didn't think I should go 2 years without being told to make an apt., then my GP said you need to see your Rheumatologist. Then when I did make an apt. they ordered a drug not covered by my insurance unless I took another drug in along sith it as well, that I was allergic to. For 1 month & 1 Week I went back & forth with Dr. Twining's pre auth. team trying to get this straightened out. Today I was ask which other drug I wanted to try, Embrill, Humara, or Sinzia ( not sure of Spelling ) sorry but don't you think the Dr. should make that decision based on my medical records & history??? Seems to me that there is a severe lack of communtication in this office. Also they had my phone #'s wrong even though I had to fill out an update on my address, phone etc when I went in.

Very professional and listens to his patients. Knowledgeable, polite, great bedside manner. I have been under Doctor Twinnings care for six years. I'd recommend him to others.

It was quite a relief to find a Rheumatologist in the Myrtle Beach area that specializes in Fibromyalgia. I would highly recommend Dr Mitch Twining to anyone that is suffering with this painful disease. He is definitely a military doctor, saying "Ma'm" a lot but it is obvious that he is very educated in Rheumatology. I was very impressed that I could have lab and xrays in his office rather than run all over town looking for another building, etc. He has helped me and I am so grateful.

I would recommend anyone in the Myrtle Beach area seeking a rheumatologist to see Dr Twining. He is caring, thorough, allows the patient to partner in their care to the extent they wish to be a partner. I was treated at a hospital that is part of the medical school he went to when I was a child and the school has an excellent reputation. I trusted Dr Twining very much. I truly liked him, he is one of the best rheumatologists I've seen.
