May be good at what he does, but I don’t trust a Narcissist.

Great experience and outstanding results! Dr. Warner and all of the staff I met throughout my pre-op, operative, and post-op experience were patient, informative, and consummate professionals.

I would leave a zero star review if possible. I had my shoulder replaced in 2017. Stay away. There is the inability to run on time - by several hours (2 minutes with the pope = 4 hours of waiting). He doesn't care what YOUR goals are (his only question to me was "are you able to clean your house" : i wonder if he asks that of all patients? Or just female?). The art work in the inner offices painted by him and the certificates of all the conferences he has spoken at remind me of my nieces bed room of her favorite art and her participation certificates; she's 12. If you need to be berated for not have a perfect BMI, he is your surgeon.

He’s got the worst bedside manners I’ve seen in a physician. I waited 45 minutes for him to come in. When he did: right after hello he prompted me that he’s the best surgeon and described what he did! He never listened to my complaint nor address my pain.. the visit lasted 30 seconds at best. Dr. Warner, I truly do not care how high your ranks are nor how many papers you publish a year if you have no basic manners and humanity!!!

I had my shoulder replaced by Dr. Warner in 2018. He is consistently late (2+ hours) and utterly dismissive to concerns or questions. He fails to grasp that this is not 1950 and women work, have opinions and will say speak up. His absolute lack of personal responsibility in maintaining a reasonable calendar speaks to his ego. I have had 5 appointments during my course and each one the good doctor was running late. I do not understand HOW you can be late to your first clinical appointment of the day. Oh, I can. The fellow let it slip the doctor was running late from a presentation. I would not suggest seeking care from this man - unless you like looking at the bad art work he created and decorated his office with.

I am 18 months post shoulder replacement. I stalled the procedure despite severe pain and nearly zero ROM because of the poor outcomes of others. Until I found Dr. Warner. He gave me confidence that he could surgically repair my shoulder. Today I am pain free with good function and ROM. Excellent surgeon, truly caring and highly skilled. MGH treated me as though Iwas family. I recommend him without reservation.

Very professional and friendly office staff. Most of my appointments were close to on-time. Dr. Warner and the medical assistants responded well to questions and concerns I had.

He was warm and very capable

Total reverse should replacement by Dr. Warner was a complete success. All phases of the operation and recovery were carefully monitored and occurred exactly as described. I am completely satisfied

Warner is the best in his field, but that means long waits to get appointment, and in the waiting room.
