When I tell you: Dr. Jonanlis Ramirez Alcantara is by far, my all time favorite, Pediatric Endocrinologist Doctor. She always, greets you with a smile. She's warm, caring, patient, professional, THOROUGH, and compassionate, amazing and extremely KNOWLEDGEABLE in her field. I'm so, grateful my daughter is a patient of hers. When I say, she treats us like family. She answers ALL my questions. She explains things clearly, to my understanding. And, she goes the miles, for my daughter, while being treated for: Early Pubery. She speaks directly to her, and makes her feel comfortable. Again, she's very patient, and answers all my questions. From day one, she explains all her lab results and treatment plans, clearly and THOROUGH! The exam room is extremely clean and well kept. When I say: I Highly Recommend Dr. Jonanlis Ramirez Alcantara for ALL your child/ren’s, Endocrine or Metabolic needs! A many of thanks to her, for everything.

Dr. Ramirez was absolutely wonderful with my daughter. She took the time to really talk with her—not just to me—asking thoughtful questions that helped my daughter become more aware of her habits and make healthier choices. She emphasized staying active and gave us practical, easy-to-follow suggestions that felt realistic for our daily life. What stood out the most was how unrushed and inclusive she made the entire visit feel. She truly listened to both of us and made my daughter feel involved in her own care, especially when discussing medication, making it clear it was her decision (as it was not necessary) and something to take time thinking about. That level of respect and care meant so much to us. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a pediatric endocrinologist.

Dr. Alcantara is an excellent pediatrician! She takes her time to listen, explains everything clearly, and truly cares about her patients. My child felt comfortable and well taken care of during visits. The staff is friendly, the office is clean, and we never feel rushed. I highly recommend her to any parent looking for a kind, patient, and knowledgeable doctor.
