Excellent urologist. Highly knowledgeable and top notch surgeon. Kind, caring, compassionate and most importantly exceptional physician. Good bedside manner,. Strongly recommend. Read reviews about wait time…. I’m not looking for express service in regards to my healthcare although my wait time was about 25-30 minutes and that seemed very reasonable for a specialist.

This doctor dissent care a bit about his patients well being one bit. Was told a surgery was going to be done one way and was told something different the day of surgery. Told him I was not going to have to done that day like that. Called him the very next day to sit down with him to discuss my other options. His staff scheduled me a apartment day and time. Then in about 2 hrs after that I got a phone call from his office tell me that I was dismissed from his practice and that he would not see me any more. So I'm still left with a stone in me that's is 2.5cm which is 25Mm. Please beware of this doctor and is very unprofessional staff

My husband has PROSTATE CANCER. Dr Anderson can not see him because we don’t fit in his neat little schedule. Make appointment by 2:30. Tried but called because we were going to be late. Cannot be more than 15 minutes late. So try to go somewhere else. Can’t because all urologist in Aiken in same office and will not see him. So transfer to Augusta. Go over to office. Fill out referral form. I sign as poa. They call back few weeks later. Need poa form. Go back up there with poa form. I call about month later and they don’t have form. Can I fill it out again. Now they call back and say wrong poa form. Can they tell dr Anderson what is happening? Unfortunately his rules are rules. And cannot refill his prescription because he hasn’t made an appointment. HELLO MY HUSBAND HAS PROSTATE CANCER. Thought dr Anderson was a urologist.

Patient of Dr. Andetson’s for many years. I would not trust anyone else to my urology needs. He is kind, honest, compassionate and a great surgeon. He genuinely cares about each and every patient. In regards to wait times, I waited about 25 minutes to be seen. I had to see the NP once and she misdiagnosed a very acute problem, my recommendation would be to insist on seeing the physician.

Way too long a wait. My husband had a untrasound biopsy and came out weak and with profuse sweating. He sat there with very little concern from the staff. When he was able to get up and walk out of the office with no jelp from the staff, only me, I was really concerned that not even a follow up call was made to check on him

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Anderson for 12yrs or longer. He's a very caring and compassionate doctor as well as surgeon. I've read the reviews of wait time. My reply to that is Dr. Anderson takes the time needed with each patient. Some of which need more time than others. We have had to wait as well... We wouldn't change unless HE felt there was a need to be seen by another doctor.

Exceptional Caring physician. Truly cares and has concern for all of his patients. Extremely Well trained and great surgeon.

One hour forty minute wait....I had to go and ask if I had been forgotten. "No, he's just busy." Complained to Dr. Anderson but asked what I thought he should do. He is grossly overscheduling his patients. Waiting room was standing room only..... VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.Prior appointment was over one hour wait. I will be finding another Doc!!!

I left this practice after my surgery. There were miscommunications regarding my procedure and questionable medial results. I was in a lot of pain after my surgery without explanation and very little proper pain medications to help. My medical record report was different from what I was told. There were also accounting and billing errors. The waiting period during the visit is ridiculously long. I did not feel comfortable or trusting being a patient there.
