Fantastic provider. Very informative and easy to work with.

A minimum two day turnaround on messages. Cannot opt out of robo-reminders, and called to remind me three times of a diagnostic procedure. He has his own agenda which in my case did not align in any way with the two primary symptoms I initially presented with! Then tried to talk me into an aquablation surgery for which I have zero symptoms. Not one! When pressed for answers about the pain I came to him for, they just stopped returning messages entirely. Office visit to talk about it? Four month lead time. He got his insurance payment for the visit and diagnostic procedure, apparently the primary and predatory motive, so beyond that he clearly couldn't care less about solving a problem that isn't simple, doesn't fit his rapid-pace, assembly line health care, profits over everything model. Thank you for wasting my time and money and prolonging my pain for months, now faced with finding a doctor whose priority is actually easing pain and suffering, not just making the Mercedes payment.
