Dr. Lykins did the surgery I needed and everything is fine. This was in 2016.

He does not know how to communicate and he should have retired years ago. Don't waste your time at this office

Dr.Lykins is very experienced in his field but doesnt do a very good job of explaining your condition, options etc. He also doesnt spend the amount of time with you that is needed to help you understand a very serious condition and options. He is more involved in doing prostate biopsies than actually treating patients from my experience. His office staff is very average and i usually have to follow up to get things done in a timely way.I am considering changing doctors even though i dont want to.My problem is too serious to take a chance .Im sure Dr.Lykins is very capable, but that doesnt automatically transmit into effecive patient care.

The most unprofessional surgical staff I have ever encountered. Loud, gossiping , laughing, extremely unprofessional .

Dr. Lykins is a grat Dr. Found a huge kidney stone and got it gone. I have had NO pain.Glad he is my doctor.

Worst doctor ever. Very painful examination. Extremely callus it didn't seem to bother him that he was causing me so much pain. Still hurting days afterward. Closed minded when presented with recent research wouldn't consider discussing.
