Dr. Ronald Leroy Brock, MD

This so-called doctor is rude, sadistic and disgusting to even deal with, much less - to allow him to treat you or your loved one. He did such a barbaric and sadistic surgery on my father that he was bleeding for weeks! Do NOT trust your or your loved one's life with this irresponsible and sadistic individual - he will pretend to be nice only to have you as a patient, after that - if you allow him to do a surgery (which, no doubt, will be barbaric and sadistic) you will never see him again - he is an incompetent and irresponsible doctor who could care less that after his surgery his patient is left in a pool of blood. DO NOT TRUST HIM! RUN AWAY FROM THIS BARBARIAN!

This sadist is a disgrace for the entire medical profession. He should not be allowed to touch wild animals, much less humans.

This is a dangerous doctor who has caused damage almost to every patient who was under his care. However, the acclaimed Northeast Georgia Medical Center allows him to continue running his deceptive practices, instead of revoking his hospital privileges, by which the hospital would do great favor to its urological patients. In my opinion, because of such lack of concern about patients' well-being on the part of the hospital, patients and their families should do themselves favor on their own by simply avoiding this deceptive and dangerous doctor.

My experience with Dr. Brock was horrifying. He did an in-office procedure on me, after which he abandoned me in a near-death condition. I had extensive internal bleeding (blood was accumulating inside my abdomen), and my vitals were rapidly dropping, but no one cared: Dr. Brock was already far away (he left as soon as he realized that the procedure was nothing but failure); as regards his office staff, no one even thought of calling an ambulance to transport me to the hospital.My family had to call an ambulance, and I was rushed to the hospital where the ER doctor had to replace the catheter, inserted by Dr. Brock incorrectly (which cased the internal bleeding) so that all the blood could come out. "Thankfully" to Dr. Brock, I was bleeding profusely for two weeks. In addition to being brutal as a doctor, Dr. Brock is a deceptive individual: at the beginning he will pretend to be very friendly, caring and understanding until you buy his services, after that you will no longer exist for… him.Don't trust your health to him, otherwise it could become the biggest regret of your life!

Dr. Brock is an arrogant, rude, unskilled, uncaring and dishonest doctor who runs a sadistic and barbaric practice. I wouldn't wish anyone to go through the experience I had as his patient: after his surgery I had every complication possible (and impossible too). By the way, if you choose him and he operates on you, he will no longer know you, nor will his office - you will never get a follow up appointment. Oh, and he is way too far from being a gentleman (as stated in the previous review), especially honorable, these two words are just not applicable to him, never will be. One more thing: the best proof that my survey is truthful can be found on the court docket of the State Court of Hall County where numerous patients have sued him for malpractice which is his common practice. Read this carefully before you decide to make him your urologist!

First I would like to say that I am apalled by all the horrible reviews that I have read on this website about Dr. Brock and to the contrary I have found him to be an excellent doctor. Dr. Brock truly cares about his patients and their families. He keeps everyone informed and does whatever is necessary. He talks to his patients as equals and is just a regular caring guy who just happens to be a doctor. He is a true blessing and an honorable gentleman. You can't go wrong with Dr. Ronald Brock, a great man and even better Doctor.

Went to this doctor after my Urologist retired on the advice of a friend in 2011. This is one of the most uncaring Doctors I have ever been too. He nor his PA listens to their patients!!! Too busy giving opinions!!! They assume they know what's causing the problem with no test to back up their assumption. Then dispense unnecessary medications with horrible side effects. They made me feel like it was all in my mind. Went to a new Urologist and thru a CT scan he had the correct diagnosis within 30 minutes after reading the report. Will have hernia surgery to correct problem. It had noting to do with my prostate. My new Urologist did more for me in 1 hour then Dr. Brock and his PA did for me in 2.5 years. Do not go to this doctor!!!!!

In Short... had a Vasectomy... read all the reviews on here of Dr Brock. All the negative ones, well I believe you couldn't be pleased by any Doctor. Several friends have had the same procedure done by local Dr's and every one complained of some sort of pain or problem. Dr Brock performed the procedure on 10-2 and I have experienced zero pain or discomfort. I must say I was a nervous wreck prior to the procedure but this guy has a gift!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!!

This so called Doctor is a quack!!! Sent me for testing and didnt even order the right testing nor did he even know why I had the test! I had to explain why I had the MRI (that he did'nt order correctly to be able to see the area of importance) The three visits with him and the MRI have been a total waste of money and of my time and still not knowing why I am in pain.
