Dr. Jonathan William T Ayers, MD

He put me through so much physical mental, and financial trauma and made me go through multiple cycles of BCP, 2 IUI and 1 IVF without testing me for the basic blockage in my tube, even after repeatedly discussing about it. After the IVF failed I was recommend to consider another IVF cycle with a donar egg commenting on my egg quality. I went for a second opinion in India, where my block was removed and I conceived naturally the same month!! Bunch of cheaters in their office!!

Visiting Dr Ayers was the best decision I have ever made! He laid out ALL of our options and told us to even take some time to think things over. I also loved how responsive and caring most of his staff is. They didn't make us feel like we asked stupid questions and took the time to go over everything. I'm currently almost 8 months pregnant, my husband and I are expecting our little girl in April!

We are experiencing secondary infertility and although we are very thankful for our first child, who also was not easy to conceive (14 months) I feel like he always tries to minimize our issue by always mentioning that we should be thankful for our first. I know that many people cannot conceive their first child and we went through a part of that too. But this shouldn't have any bearing on us trying to conceive our second. I also feel like he should offer more options besides just IVF as another route to getting pregnant. We've tried for a second child for 14 months now and I feel like there should be something else done before we just jump to IVF, if we decide to go that route. Something to get me/us ready mentally for what comes with the IVF process. Not just jump right into it. We are stuck on what we will do next. We can hope that it will naturally happen but I don't have high hopes. I always feel rushed during our appointments, as if he says what he has to say, and won't… offer any other suggestions or take any other point of view into consideration. He offered to have me come in for another mid-cycle ultrasound. But I don't see the point since we both know I ovulate and all he will say (for the zillionth time) is that I have lots of scar tissue/adhesions and probably find a follicle waiting and he will hope for a + pregnancy test in 2 weeks. Don't really see the point in doing this again if we aren't going to be doing anything else this cycle..or any other cycle. IVF MAY BE our only option. I was just hoping for something to try first before getting to that point! Why is this so hard to understand.

Dr ayers has been such a great support for both me and my husband and without him and his support I don't think I would have been able to get through all we have been through. He gave my husband and I the strength we need to get through everything. I would highly recommend him and his staff.

We went through 2 full rounds of IVF and 1 FET with Dr Ayers. We were successful on the first try and had our son in Oct'11. We also got pregnant on the FET, but the baby did not grow. Shortly after our FET we had to move from MI to NH. We were sad to leave Dr Ayers behind. Now we are even more sad after going through another full round w/o success. You will not find another doctor who takes personal care of you like Dr Ayers! I would see him for almost all my ultrasounds and was able to speak to him about things first hand. All of the doctors we have seen have all their staff do everything so we never get to see the doctor!! We are talking about docs in Boston, MA too! They are completely hands off! We are trying to figure out how we can go back to MI to see Dr Ayers for more rounds instead of wasted treatments in MA. We miss Dr Ayers so much!!

I spent 3 months in the hospital while pregnant years ago. Dr. Ayers bedside manner was Excellent. Due to his expertise, he not only saved my sons life, but also mine during a very complex delivery. I owe him my life!
