Dr. Jonathan Martin Baldwin

Dr. B will be delivery my 4th baby soon and he is so wonderful. I actually live 45 minutes away and choose to still use him!

He wonderful staff not so much. Horrible attitudes from both nurses and front office lady.

First of all, I miscarried one of my twins around 6 weeks and couldn't even get a Dr to see me to make sure the other one was ok. His office told me that since they wouldn't see me until I was 8 weeks, I wasn't a patient and I had to go to the ER. I went in at 8 weeks and they confirmed I was still pregnant with one baby. At that appointment, I clearly filled out in my patient history form that I had had miscarriages, severe preeclampsia, and HELLP syndrome with my first child. For my second appointment, I was told that he was on emergency family leave and I would be seeing the NP Martha Cheatwood. Understandable. I can't say enough good things about Martha. I saw her the entire second trimester of my pregnancy and she sent me to the maternal-fetal specialist at OU because (surprise, surprise) I had high blood pressure. Well, when my ob came back, he didn't seem to think I fell into the high risk category and dismissed all my symptoms. This had been done to me in my first… pregnancy and I knew I was not crazy. At 35 weeks, I burst into tears in his office because I was dizzy and my head hurt so bad and he wasn't listening to me. Know what he did? Gave a pregnant woman opiates for pain. At this point I asked him what the latest results of my 24-hr protein test were, and he told me I "just had mild preeclampsia." At my 37 week appointment he told me I was going to have to make it to 39 weeks, but after my labs came back he sent me in for induction. He was kind enough to pencil me in after his scheduled c-sections two days later when the doctor on call refused to come in to do an emergency c-section because my baby's heartrate was going over 200, then dropping into the 100's all night. I'm very disappointed with the entire staff at Hillcrest South in the way they handled my condition and will not be having a child there or recommending it to anyone.

Doctor Baldwin has been amazing. My doctor changed clinics in the first part of my pregnancy, & I was skeptical of using doctor Baldwin. But overall I am very happy with him. He is always nice & listens to any concerns I have. I would definitely recommend him. His nurse Penny is also amazing too, it's just an all around great clinic! By the way, any one who used him at Hillcrest, he is now in muskogee. :) Just so you know.

I was pregnant with twins. It was my first pregnancy it was perfect no morning sickness nothing, and I liked Dr Baldwin he was nice. At 4 months I started cramping I told him in my check up he said o it's ur body preparing itself for labor. What labor? I'm not even halfway through my pregnancy. At my 5 month check up once again I tell him I'm still cramping and its getting worse still refuses to check me. So 2 weeks later I feel a head come out, so I rush to E.R. he's the Dr there and he says o well it bag is blushing, and sent me to hillcrest. 10 days later I had my twins they were a little over a pound and 11 inches long. My daughter is a healthy one year old and my son passed 24 hours later. Needless to say as soon as I could get my daughter out of hillcrest the better. She was transferred to st. Francis a week later. I will never again go through hillcrest for my pregnancy.

I love love love Dr. Baldwin. He recently just left Hilcrest anyone know if he is practicing somewhere else?!

Dr. Baldwin took care of my surgery, other doctors wouldn't listen, he found the problem and was great. I absolutely recommend him.and he's good looking too

He's the best OB doctor I have has since living in Ok. I have had others and they have caused me pain. Dr Baldwin has always been caring and trying to get to the bottom of why I keep miscarrying. He was just as much heart broken as my husband and I. I have recommended Dr Baldwin to several of my friends.

This doctor is awesome! He delivered my son while still at fter 6 years he still asks about my son every year. =)
