Dr. Jonathan Marc Barofsky, MD

Today was my first visit to this practice. Everyone from the person who checked me up to and including Dr. Barofsky introduced themselves with a warm smile, was courteous, efficient and helpful and explained every step in the exam and testing process thoroughly. Absolutely outstanding patient care all around!

Great office!

Dr Barofsky is a great doctor. He sees a lot of emergencies, I was one of them. The wait can be a little longer because of that. But I’m happy I went. He diagnosed my issue and he explained everything in detail. I have always had a great experience with the doctor and the rest of his staff.

Have seen this doctor three times. Every time I have waited 45 minutes to over an hour after my scheduled appointment. He will see handicap patients first. If he saw everyone in a timely manner he would not keep other patients waiting for an unacceptable amount of time. After waiting well over one hour this is my last visit. My time is valuable too.

Doctor does not spend time to explain anything, the manager sue is rude and gives very vague answers. Sue scheduled my husband for an eye injection and when we showed up she told us we could not stay because insurance would not cover it. When I was old her I had never had a issue with insurance before, she then explained that we were there too soon and insurance will only pay for the injections once every month. SHE was the one who scheduled this appointment and refused to admit it was any fault of her own. She was rude and spoke to me like I was a child who didn’t understand what was going on. The girls in the back are incredible , but we will not be going back until the doctor finds new management who doesn’t try to intimidate the patients.

I highly recommend this doctor to all my family! The staff there is great and super helpful!
