Dr. Jonathan Michael Bigwood, MD

Dr Bigwood is the physician who Kaiser sets up a telephone appointment with if you wish to have a covid 19 test. I have now been referred to this doctor twice. The first time when my daughter was experiencing symptoms and now just recently when she was exposed in a large crowd of people with no masks. We are about to visit her immune compromised grandparents and we wanted to make sure it would be safe. On both occasions the doctor told us they do not administer Covid 19 tests at kaiser and that we would need to go through the county. What hoax believing doctor over here didn’t know is we have already been tested at kaiser. What’s interesting is when we went to the drive up test there was literally no one else there. Not one other patient in site. We drove up and had our test done within seconds. This doctor is a liability and danger to society. He must be bringing his own ideals into this because how is it he can boldface lie and say they aren’t testing at Kaiser? I told him we’d… already been tested there and he said well I don’t know how you did that. Kaiser needs to do an internal investigation on this doctor because this is extremely negligent.

My son & myself felt he was a great dr.

I was in pediatrics urgent care last nite with my daughter after being in and out of ER and urgent care all last week. Dr. Bigwood was the physician on duty and after 5 mins of speaking with him, he put me at ease. He immediately put in a neurologist consult for my daughter which is what I've been looking for all week! He had the greatest bedside manners and is very knowledgeable. This am, I immeadiately made him my daughter's PCP. Thanks!

Took my son for urgent care and Dr. Bigwood was the Doctor on duty that morning and so far he's been the BEST DOCTOR to treat my son. I want him to be my son's pediatrician....Thank you Dr. Bigwood...May God Bless You!

I recently had to select a new pediatrician for my kids because ours had left Kaiser. I chose Dr. Bigwood and am ver happy with the choice. He seemed to genuinely care about my son's healthcare. I went into the appointment with a lot of questions and he took the time to address each one. I would not hesitate to recommend this doctor to all of my friends.

Excellent in all aspects. Would travel hours for service.
