Always very helpful and listens and gives solutions to help. Been going to Dr. Cooper for 31 years, and I couldn't think of going to anyone else. Very trustworthy, great manner about him too.

I consulted the doctor Cooper twice for the same problem in my ear. He was unable to diagnose it either time and simply referred me to another doctor in another location.

Worst experience ever in my life, Dr. was so cold the day I was there only talk like 5 min and Kind of not paying attention on my needs, send me have to a biopsy and never call back. I was calling every day and finally I got and nurse that understood my frustration and have him calling me....... when he finally call me with results he says over the Phone that my CANCER was positive and that I need surgery. Over the phone??? I call my primary Dr and they send me to another doctor! So cold person! God bless

Dr. was in the room less than 5 minutes. He was cold, rush through everything and didn’t care to listen. I should have looked at his reviews obviously they are awful fir a reason. He is not detail oriented or caring. Awful experience

Waited 2 hours. Dr. is very cursory and very sure of himself. Both would be ok if he was correct but because of not doing anywhere near a thorough exam, missed the problem, gave false assurances, and wrong remedy. Had to go to another ENT when he didn't respond to calls to office. New ENT showed what a proper exam should have been to find the correct remedy.

My Dermatologist recommend I see him and since he was in the same building, I went over to make an appointment. They told me they could see me right away and I was meeting with him within 20 min. He went over everything, got a scan approved from my insurance so we could see what it was, then scheduled surgery for me that I have this week to remove it. Very Happy and the staff and everyone there was nice and they even accepted my GAP/Secondary insurance when most places give me problems as they don't want to bill them also.

Horrible! Visited Mr. Cooper because I was having an abnormal discomfort feeling in my left ear. He nearly looked at me for 2 minutes and diagnosed me with an "environmental allergy". I tried explaining to him my concerns but nope he couldn't get out of the room any quicker. Spoke to me as if I didn't know anything. A week later I went to see another doctor as the discomfort got worse and I ended up having a sever ear infection the whole time. AVOID THIS DOCTOR!
