Dr. Hetzel takes time to go over my medical concerns. When I was hospitalized he called the hospital and me to make sure I was receiving proper care.

Had this doc for many years and receptionist Trudy Hetzel was always rude and unkind. She refused to cooperate with simple requests and went out of her way to argue every point. I never owed any balance after many visits but when I left their practice, I received a bill for $140.00 which should have been covered by health insurance like before. Instead, she chose to bill me and report it to the credit bureau. I strongly urge anyone to seek care somewhere else.

My wait time is always extremely long. The waiting room is consistently full of pharmaceutical sales reps, whom always get in to see the doctor before I do. This is unacceptable and I changed doctors.
