Before surgery Dr. Keith mentioned "free revisions within a year" of the surgery. Part of the surgery was flawed and when I went back to have a consultation, the revision was far from free. His staff is incompetent and his bedside manner is unsatisfactory. Not a good guy, he is manipulating the trans community for money. Find a doctor that cares.

cons: it can be hard to reach the office. I’ve had to leave a lot of voicemails for them to get back to me pros: Jonathan keith is very kind and makes sure his patients gets the best care. he’s very polite and will take the time to answer your questions. office is clean, and (here’s the second best part) they explain stuff how all other doctors don’t explain stuff. they don’t leave out info on how things work or how stuff is, etc etc.

Dr. Keith performed an F to M breast removal and chest masculinization. During consultation, he was both professional and personable. He did a a thorough examination prior to surgery and explained all possible outcomes, including showing slides of different body types before and after surgery. Pre and postop he was attentive and caring. The surgery involved very large breasts, and the results are even better than I could have dreamed. My pain was minimal and my results were stellar. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Keith. His staff is wonderful as well; special thanks to his insurance specialist, Najiba.

Dr. Keith is a fabulous Doctor both in the operating room and in the office. He spent a ton of time with to discuss my options, and was so compassionate towards my decision for a prophylactic double mastectomy. He performed my DIEP flap reconstruction flawlessly and visited me every day during my 5 day hospital stay. His care and concern are second to none!
