Dr. Jonathan Jay Klineman

A cap fell out of my mouth. I was devastated. I saw dr klieman and he performed a root canal and then made me a new cap for my front tooth. I was very concerned because the dentist who did my full mouth reconstruction retired, and since this was a front tooth the color of the cap was most important. Honestly, I could not believe the result. The new cap matched perfectly. Dr Klienman exceeded my expectations. I am delighted with the result and will continue to praise his results.

I had to wait for about 4 weeks to get an appointment with Dr. Klineman himself since he only works Monday at this location. First impression was bad...the dental assistant used tape (instead of the normal metal clips) to secure the paper bib to my shirt. Next, the dental assistant proceeded to tell me she was going to get an impression for a crown prior to me even seeing a doctor. I stated that I was told it might end up being a filling and not a crown per the Endodontist who performed my root canal. Her response was that it wouldn't cost me anything. I declined. I was then told Dr.Dent would be in to see me soon. I specifically requested Dr.Klineman upon booking my appointment. The receptionist was kind enough to suggest me that I probably did not specific my preference at the time of booking and I would have to reschedule. I walked out at this point and I do not plan to ever go back. Overall, the place is run down with tiles peeling and equipment that looks out dated. Plus they used… tape on my shirt! Beware!!
