Condescending, won't listen,cuts you off.we've tried 3 times now.DONE!

True professional.

Dr. Kramer was short, rude, curt, abrasive and sarcastic with my wife and my son during their visit. he was quick to point out that he sees 40 patients a day. Now he can see 39.

I'm giving Dr. Kramer another try, not totally pleased with his attitude . As with the other persons comment condescending is right on. So while waiting for another appt for a opinion We will see how this visit goes . One last try ( we've been twice so far) if it wasn't so important that we be seen ASAP I would go elsewhere .

Terrible. Sent my sick baby and me home because it was time to close.

My 3 year old had an ear infection in both ears for the first time. She also had a cough but was already on antibiotics the previous month. After listening to me for less than 2 minutes and then looking into her ears, Dr. Kramer immediately said she needed antibiotics. When I said I prefer for her not to be on it given that she had just taken the medication, he proceeded to lecture me saying that I can't let my daughter live in a bubble (um, she goes to pre-school!) and that antibiotics are not a bad thing, not like she's had a lot of it in her life. I immediately said she was indeed on meds frequently her first 2 years of life, to which he retorted defensively that was nearly 2 years ago. He made assumptions about her w/o even having knowing the patient history. He tried to clean out her ear wax, but instead punctured the skin in her ear. Non-chalantly brushing it off as nothing, he told me not to worry if her ears bled (!!). That night, her left ear was completely crusted with… blood. And he didn't even remove any wax from that ear. He only terrified her and her crying prompted him to end the office visit abruptly. Overall, Dr. Kramer is condescending, belittling and believes that antibiotics are the panacea to everything. I am glad I went with my mother's intuition to not administer the antibiotics bc the ear infection went away on its own the very.next.day. I only went to see Dr. Kramer for a peace of mind (ha!) since her normal dr. didn't have an open spot. No wonder he was the only one available. Even if you have to wait a day for your child to be seen, do not go to Dr. Kramer!

Everything is just phenomenal about this doctor! I can recount the times he contacted our family over the weekend (...yes, you heard it right!) to see how our daughter was doing! His demeanor, ability to listen and love for his profession is quite obvious, and we would not trade him for any other doctor... ever! Oh... and we have an album with pictures of every appointment, since she was born! We are very grateful for Dr. Kramer!!!

Dr. Kramer is mainstream and isn't warm and fuzzy or supportive towards parents who stray from the medical establishment's recommendations and choose natural care, homeopathy or those who are anti-vaccination.

Wonderful doctor--caring, professional and kind. Goes above and beyond what's expected to give his patients the best possible care and to give parents peace of mind when their children are sick.
