not the most friendliest doctor I’ve ever had but seemed competent. I’m used to a higher level of bedside manner. I almost felt like I’m bothering him but I didn’t let that get in the way of asking my questions and I did get my answers. He suggested a procedure that I never had suggested before and I appreciated learning that option is helpful for my eye condition. I felt cared for and like the level of care is good. the ladies at the front desk are very helpful and friendly. it’s a small space and when I was asked to take off my contacts in the bathroom I had to ask if I could do it in the exam room after washing my hands. that request was accommodated with no problem. the bathroom is just a floating sink and a toilet, I didn’t feel it safe nor sanitary to handle my contacts in there. all in all I will continue my care here.

Dr. Kruh performed my LASIK surgery, and from our very first consultation through my six-month post-op checkup, he was unfailingly professional, friendly, and kind. I continue to see Dr. Kruh for my annual exams and remain extremely satisfied with his care

Everyone in the office is fantastic, polite and efficient. Dr. Kruh and his staff perform many tests, some I’ve never had with previous doctors. Highly recommended.

I just had my first cataract surgery with Dr. Jonathan Kruh. I am thrilled. He gave me a very comprehensive exam at his Vision NYC office on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan on our first (and subsequent follow-up visit post-op), was patient and kind in explaining my eye conditions, did not push me to add services not covered by my insurance, and gave me very detailed instructions and information before the procedure. His office staff is efficient and great to work with. The surgery was at the Retina Ambulatory Surgical Center, and Dr. Kruh was supported by a medical staff there who were all very conscientious in addressing my somewhat unique medical needs. The procedure was painless and quick. The BEST thing is, less than 24 hours later and I can SEE! My cataract was very advanced but Dr. Kruh is very skilled, so my vision is sharp and clear, colors are fantastic. No discomfort. Apparently, my eyesight will just keep better and better for the next week. I cannot sing the praises of Vision NYC… enough. You're in very good hands there.
