Dr. Jonathan David Lester

I recently visited an Dr Jonathan Lester, an orthopedic surgeon for a consultation about my knee pain. I was very disappointed with the visit, and I would not recommend this surgeon to anyone. The first problem was that I had to wait over two weeks my appointment and almost an hour in the waiting roomI understand that things can run behind, but I was not given any explanation for the delay. When I finally saw the surgeon, he was very rushed and seemed to be in a hurry to get me out of his office. The surgeon did not take the time to listen to my concerns or to answer my questions. He simply looked at my knee for a few minutes and then told me that I did need surgery. He did not even offer me any other treatment options. I was very upset by the surgeon's dismissive attitude. I felt like he did not care about my pain or my concerns. I left his office feeling like I had been rushed through a conveyor belt and that my care was not a priority. In addition to the surgeon's rushed and… dismissive attitude, I was also disappointed with the overall quality of care. The office was dirty and cluttered, and the staff was not very friendly. I felt like I was not being taken seriously, and I did not feel comfortable asking questions or expressing my concerns. Overall, I was very disappointed with my visit to this orthopedic surgeon. I would not recommend him to anyone, and I would not go back to him myself.
