Do not go to this doctor. My one star rating is one star too many for this man. No matter how convenient it may be, you will be far better off seeing another doctor. Worst doctor my girlfriend or I have ever experienced by far. I've never felt the need to write a review of any business before, but our experience here with Dr. Jonathan Noble was so poor I felt it my moral obligation to do so. DO NOT GO. find a different doctor. this man should not be in business. He was rushed, rude, and incompetent (failed to diagnose a clear case of flu). Read on for the details:My girlfriend made an appointment yesterday to get in for a high fever, for what we thought was likely swine flu. She has all the symptoms listed on the CDC website, and my mom, a clinical nurse for near 40 years, suspected the same. My girlfriend was just happy to get an appointment that same day, and we were unfortunate to not have read these reviews here until after our ordeal. Hopefully this review will be read by others… in time to avoid such an awful experience as we had. Anyhow, the front desk staff was friendly, the nurse good. But then came in Dr. Jonathan Noble. Don't let the name fool you. this man was awful. right off the bat, soon as he walked in the door, absolutely awful. a sorry excuse for a doctor. rushed from the minute he walked in, bad attitude, didn't read the notes, didn't listen, very abrasive, aggressive, belittling. forget care or compassion of any kind. We clearly described my girlfriend's symptoms, but Dr. Jonathan Noble simply didn't care to listen, interrupting, rushing us, cutting us off, absolutely shockingly bad practice. completely unprofessional and incompetent. Despite my girlfriend listing off all her symptoms (symptoms clearly undeniably those of swine flu), this "doctor" told her that her fever was due to normal elevated afternoon cortisol levels. The doctor's diagnosis was completely counter to the obvious. we're talking very basic stuff here. imagine having an obvious fever with chills, etc., multiple very high temperature readings on different thermometers, and then having a doctor tell you you don't have a fever. sounds crazy, but true. Dr. Noble told her she didn't have the swine flu, probably just a cold (despite her symptoms being clearly not cold-like, and clearly flu). He only ever provided any sort of explanation (or rather any attempt thereof) when I made a very clear point to ask. I was only able to ask one of the several questions I wanted to, for he abruptly ended the appointment by begrudgingly writing a prescription for tamiflu (upon my insistence that he do so) before walking out. It was obvious he was just ready to have us out of his office (wed been in there maybe an entire five minutes). The one question I was able to ask and get answered only went to further show this mans failings as a doctor. In justifying his diagnosis of my girlfriends illness as a cold, not swine flu, he had said her symptoms werent typical (though this clearly was not the case). Knowing this wasnt right, and confused by this, I asked him what was typical? He said a fever and general fatigue (which my girlfriend had and which we made known to him repeatedly), but not cough. He said my girlfriends coughing and sneezing (sneezing was/is not one of my girlfriends symptoms so not sure where he got that) indicated it was not swine flu. We told him she hadnt been sneezing. Still, he said the cough meant it wasnt swine flu. The dry cough my girlfriend has (and what we described to him) is exactly that described by the CDC as a classic swine flu symptom.Like I said, after all this, the doctor wrote my girlfriend a prescription and said we could head up to the front desk before hurriedly leaving the room himself. He FAILED to ask once if we had any questions (which we did). He FAILED to provide anything even remotely resembling respectful, courteous, or compassionate care (acting quite the polar opposite). He FAILED to diagnose an obvious flu. This rude, disrespectful, completely useless visit left my girlfriend, understandably very upset, in tears upon leaving his office. On top of all that, when we got to the pharmacy maybe ten minutes later, we were told they couldnt fill the prescription because Dr. Noble FAILED to write it correctly. Seeing how sick my girlfriend was, the pharmacist rushed to call Dr. Nobles office, only to get no answer. She then called the emergency contact number for him, only to have someone pickup, and then hang-up on her. She tried repeatedly after that but only got a busy signal. Thus, we were unable to get the prescription, until, later that night, when my girlfriend became so extremely ill I had to take her to the ER (where we spent the night in masks, in a sealed room, with my girlfriend hooked up to an IV), where that doctor easily (and correctly) diagnosed her and wrote a correct prescription.
