Outstanding cardiologist Erica wonderful THE WORST RECEPTIONIST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTETED. RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, MEAN, UNEMPATHETIC......and God forbid you have to ask a question or need an explanation or have a request. If you experience the same ask hor Erica.

The low rating goes to the receptionist, who refused to give me , as an existing patient , within-two-weeks appointment with my heart doctor even after the fact that my heart went to AFib !! . Her best offer was in 6 months. With “ I do not care, and I do not want to try to find better time” attitude, she pushed doctor Seckler’s assistance appointment on me. Take or leave it. What is the point to have a heart doctor when a wait time 6 months for the existing patient ? Dr Seckler does not earn any point to have not customer-oriented personnel in his office. How can you recommend someone when you can’t get in even after you had experienced AFib? If read all the negative reviews online , all about his rude staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Seckler since 2005 when he saw me as an urgent referral, upon my return from a trip to China. My care has been exceptional! The office staff is pleasant and his nurse Dana, is always very helpful to me. I highly recommend Dr. Seckler and his staff. Marilyn Kloo, patient

MY DOCTOR FOR 10 YEARS WOULD ONLY SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR ME WITH HIS PA,AFTER APPT I WANTED TO SPEAK TO HIM AND WOULD NOT SEE ME. ON MY RETURN FOR A TEST I HAD TO THREATEN A SCENE BEFORE HE GAVE M 2 MINUTES,2 WEEKS LATER I HAD AN EPISODE IN NEW YORK AND WAS IN ST FRANCIS A CARDIAC HOSPITAL OVER NIGHT MY WIFE CALLED FOR AN APPT FOR THAT WEEK AN AGAIN WOULD GET ONE WITH THE PA HE IS NO LONGER MY DOCTOR HIS OFFICE STAFF IS RUN BY HITLERS MISTRESS AND MADAME DEFARGE,HE DID NOT CALL ME AFTER REQUEST FOR RECORDS I HAVE LOST ALL RESPECT FOR HIM I GUESS THE MIGHTY DOLLAR IS NOW HIS CALLING ROGER SCHNEIER

I found Dr. Jonathan Seckler personable, approachable, extremely thorough, and interested in my concerns. His staff was quick, efficient, and there to help. The only attitude I experienced was that the patient was going to be professionally helped, and that attitude always comes from the top. The wait was less than 5 minutes from the time the initial paperwork was completed and then was professionally tended to as soon as I entered the examination room. Upon handing the medical assistant some medical records, including two CD of recent tests, she immediately brought to Dr. Seckler. When the medical assistant was through with the basic examination (vitals, history, and blood pressure), she left saying the Dr. would be right in. Within 2 minutes he walked in and our conversation began. He had already gone through all of my medical information, CD's included, and was thorough in his knowledge of the test results results. He was interested in what I had to say, and shared with… me some insights into my concerns. He is a "take charge" person who made me extremely comfortable and confident in his abilities. Not a moment was wasted by any of his staff in setting up additional required tests. I am very selective regarding the medical professionals I depend on. Dr. Seckler is one of the best choices I have made.

I have never experienced an office that was so rude and lacking in compassion from the front desk to the doctor. They took 2 weeks to get test results to an 86 year old cardiac patient; though they were told the results were on his desk and he would get to them when he could. The patient arrived at the 3 month follow up, only to be told someone called to cancel the appt- not so. And now the next appt was in 3 months. Is this anyway to treat an 86 year old who has home health & difficulty traveling? Phone calls are not returned. Extremely rude, inconsiderate and lacking compassion. Not the Doctor I would recommend.

Very smart and intelligent doctor

He was simply the best cardiologist I've ever seen.

he is a terrific dr., but most important, he is a warm and caring human being!
