Dr. Staton appeared to be very knowledgeable and spoke honestly and to the point. I had a lot of confidence in him immediately. Referred friends to them who also were pleased with the results. I would definitely go back to him and refer him to others.

I made a new patient appointment over the phone for my son. The person who answered the phone took all of my son's information and my insurance information. When we arrived 20 minutes early for the appointment the receptionist told me she did not have my son's information in the system..... There was no appointment set. There was no apology. She said she could try to work my son in for an appointment that day but could not promise the doctor would arrive at the office by 10:00 a.m. which was when the original appointment was scheduled. I declined to wait for an appointment. I am now looking for another ENT to take my son to. I think the doctor should be made aware his office staff is loosing money by making scheduling errors.

After 30 plus years of severe difficulty breathing through my nose, constant sinus infections and severe headaches, Dr. Staton easily discovered several things wrong with my nasal passages, scheduled a surgery, and after recovery, I can finally breathe like a normal person. An ENT who really knows what he's doing. Makes you feel quite at ease throughout the whole process as well. I highly recommend him if you suffer from "Houston nose" (his term) as well.

Dr. Staton is great! He spent a lot of time with me reviewing different options for my particular problem. I was amazed at the amount of information he was able to give me. He is obviously a doctor who cares about his patients!

The best ENT in the area!! He had a great bedside and humorous manner with my 6 year old which made my child feel at ease. Dr. Staton removed his tonsils in the morning, then came and checked on him twice before we left the hospital. He personally called later that afternoon to check on my son and his office called the following day to also check up on him. I couldn't have asked for a better Doctor!! As a mom- I would recommend to all!!
