Dr. Temper started to have an emotional affair with me and then he wanted to have sex with me twice in his office. He violated me at 25 years old very.young newly married.

Thanks to Dr. Tepper's help my ability to function in the world was increased by a hundred fold. Would recommend his help to others suffering from neurological imbalance.

I have been a patient of Dr Tepper's since 1998 - treated, primarily for depression/ OCD & ADD.. If your condition requires medication, he's your man. He is board certified in both Psychiatry and Neurology; is very knowledgable about the medications he prescribes and has a thorough understanding of both their neuropharmacology and side effects; is also very cautious about slowly increasing dosage in order to determine the minimum effective dose and reduce/eliminate side effects. Dr. Tepper is also kind and easy to talk with if you are in need of talk therapy. Because Dr. Tepper does not have staff, it's not always easy to get in touch. The options are either voice message or email. For some patients, he might provide an emergency contact number, but this is just speculation. For those patients who are currently having issues with meds not working, dosages, or even possible misdiagnosis, I would confidently recommend Dr. Tepper for his knowledge, integrity and kindness. And… he's really smart!

Doctor has problems with patients no boundaries !!!!!!

In the past 22 years, Dr. Tepper is the only Psychiatrist that I think accurately diagnosed and treated my depression. He is very concerned about side effects of drugs and resisted writing added Rxs but instead advocated exercise, diet, and stress reduction.

I would not recommend him to anyone!!! He is not a well man and has no boundaries with patients .

After seeing several psychiatrists during a severe depression, Dr. Tepper is the one who finally saw the whole picture and helped me. He is caring, knowledgable and able to think "outside the box" if needed. The best way to contact him is by E- mail, not phone. I would recommend him to anyone.

He recomended a non-stimulant drug for my son's ADHD who had struggled for many years using stimulant meds from another doctor. Since then, my son has graduated high school, doing well in university without any med!
