Was a patient of Dr. Waxner for over 25 years. Recently moved to Florida and I will miss his professionalism, friendliness and caring. I will be lucky to find someone half as good in Florida.

Dr Waxner called to yell at me when I went for a second opinion for a serious medical diagnosis. He then said I should leave his practice because I sought a second opinion. Suggest to stay away because he is not concerned about patient care. Don’t waste your time...

Awful office staff and a doctor that only cared about money and treating you if you have sleep apnea (which I don't have).

Dr. Waxner is arrogant, belligerent, and does not care one bit about patients. He talks down to you and tries to make you feel inferior. Worst doctors I've encountered in my life, STAY AWAY.

I was a patient in St. Francis Hospital and he examined me after an operation and developed pulmonary issues. I also saw him at his office. He was very professional and did an extensive exam. I found the wait time to see him was about 10 minutes.

My regular doctor at the office was away. I had been up coughing for 2 days. I called the office and the receptionist took a message and Dr.waxner told them to squeeze me in. He was so kind he gave me the medication I needed and told me to call if I was not feeling better in a few days. (Which I was)

Dr Waxner was able to get me in the day I called for follow-up on my resolving pneumonia. He was on time, courteous and took excellent care of me. He even took the time to show me the differences in my X-ray from the prior visit. He always puts me at ease and listens. I highly recommend him and his staff is wonderful. I see him in his Great Neck office

I saw several pulmonary doctors in the past and been having asthma attacks no other doctor got to the point and fixed my issue like Dr. Waxner. He is straight to the point. He is very nice and charming. He made me feel really comfortable.

Dr. Waxner has been treating my asthma for over a year. the staff is always pleasant. He's caring and actually listens to my complaints.
