Only gave 1 star so I could submit my review. Rude, condescending office staff & physician's assistant . First vs. was spent mostly w/ intake nurse. Dr. W. pleasant enough, but...... No physical exam, listened only to my heart @ my request, my medical history seemed insignificant & all he did was refills on my existing prescriptions from my specialists. Unable to get appointments w/ him, as he was not in office, or my appointment pushed onto his assistant. And that became contentious when I pointed out any lack of knowledge of my diagnosis'. I sat witness more than once to stressed patients @ sign-in window expressing need for bloodwork or follow thru care or prescription changes w/out explanation. I also noted that patients came to office just to get test results that had never been assessed after 2+wks. Office size appropriately expanded recently to accommodate pts. complaining in person & the staff's egos. I will not be returning. I have enough stress.

If I could give this practice 0 stars I would!!!! From my first visit until today’s phone call has been nothing short of a horror movie. The front desk girl that I just spoke to was so incredibly rude to the point if I was one of the docs there or office mgr and heard the way she was speaking to a patient I would have fired her immediately!!!!!! My first visit was with a PA and that didn’t go so well. I was going to leave the practice then but an office mgr spoke with me about it so I stayed. I then had a second appointment with the Dr. W he was pleasant. The major problem is the front desk. I’m not sure if they are the docs wives but they are so unprofessional. I’m still speechless from that phone call. At that point of the call I asked to speak with the office mgr and her reply was no. Then I asked her name and she would not give it to me. Then she said I’m hanging up over and over. I wasn’t even talking. I am definitely pursuing this to speak with the owner who is Dr. W. Just… HORRIBLE!!!!

The nurse on staff is totally incensitive to the patient. She adds to the anxiety normally associated with Dr visits, and Dr. Wierzbicki desire to not address this issue when confronted with it is very unprofessional. They lost this patient.

The doctor and his staff should enroll in patient sensitivity classes. Inquiries into a patient's status of their living will durring a physical concerning elevated bloodpressure and anxiety is highly suspect and a bit amusing. Sensitively to the patient is not practiced at premier family medicine.in my opinion.

I've known the doc for 13 years. He is there when I need him. Has and continues to treat my whole family. My granddaughter has been going since she was born 10 years ago. He and his staff are excellent at what they do!

This was my first visit with Dr. Wierzbicki. I had my previous doctor over 30 years, who was excellent but moved. Dr. Wierzbickiâ??s office looked neat, my waiting time was reasonable and while he was nice enough, there were things I expect as a normal part of a yearly physical that he did not do (e.g.: I was not asked to remove one item of clothing for examination, did not check for skin cancer, thyroid, hands and feet, prostrate, or urine test. My EKG results were evaluated by the nurse. Admittedly the doctor did ask a lot of health related question but then he was gone â?? no discussion of my concerns. This was very different from my previous exams and I left his office dissatisfied and upset thinking that I will need another physical but my insurance would not cover it. Additional issues: â?¢ Dr. Wierzbickiâ??s office charged for a blood test but they were unable to collect any of my blood. (I had to go to Quest to get my blood taken.) â?¢ The nurse/receptionist seemed… confused about my test results and what she was supposed to communicate. â?¢ Not careful about reporting test results and who they talk to on the phone â?¢ No contact, advise, or follow-up from the doctor after diagnosing me with Lyme â?¢ The nurse (or doctorâ??s assistant) did call, but never the doctor as I requested. â?¢ Finally when I called to discuss these issues, the office manager brushed me off, was rude, and actually hung up on me. Would I recommend Dr. Wierzbicki? No. Would I go back? Never

I started with Dr Wierzbicki twelve years ago. He took care of my aging father with such compassion. I have been thru serious illness and it is a comfort to know Dr Wierzbicki is so supportive and understanding!

I went to this dr for a prescription for thyroid med. he determined that I should be on the medicine that I told him I should have been on. he cancelled my meds and called human services and said I had a fake medical condition. thus then my hair has fallen out and I asked him to correct this and his office would not even send a correct prescription to the pharmacy I used. now I am wondering If I will have to go for further surgery because of this malpractice. he is not an endocrinologist.

My appt was cancelled 3 x by the office staff because the Dr. didn't come in. These doctors should realize their patients depend on them.......they try to spend less than 10 min with you & less if possible....they constantly change their hours...

My family and I have been going to Dr. Wierzbicki for 11 years. He just knows his stuff. If we ever moved out of the area, it would take a lot for us to find someone as good because with Dr. Wirzbicki we now know what the requirements for excellence are. He's an outstanding physician.
