Dr. Jonathan Dale Woolery, MD

It is sad when the first thing you have to say about some "doctor" is that he's a...liar. This guy should be stripped of his license. He barely listened to my symptoms, most of which had to do with fatigue and tiredness. I told him it was hard to work without having to rest every now and then, and that "by the way I am having pressure headaches". His response? Look at the worst case scenario and send me to... THE EMERGENCY ROOM FOR CT SCAN. I told him I was prone to sinus infections and asked why he is sending me somewhere else based on PART of my symptoms (headache) without taking into consideration the fatigue and pain in forehead and nose that i mentioned in length? He didn't even ask me to check my blood pressure, just to rule it out because I had mentioned I had hypertension and was being treated for it. He said ibuprofen for fatigue is ok to take if you have high bp!!! The CARDIOLOGIST, Johns Hopkins, MAYO CLINIC, ALL say you don't take NSAID with high bp. He came up with the… excuse that i was supposedly yelling at him when i was simply disagreeing just so he could dismiss me. "The conversation is over" says he at the end, to which i responded by hanging up in  his uncompassionate face. He is so professional, he wrote a FALSE visit summary on Teladoc AND missed entering the MAIN symptom, only writing "headache". If you want to leave a visit with a doctor without being frustrated and feeling worse, this guy is the last one you should see. Additionally, he spends his time sending people to ER because HE is partner at an ER! Read his little resume. I am disgusted.

I had a telehealth visit with Dr. Woolery and he is the worst. He spoke over me the literal entire time, refused to acknowledge my symptoms, and literally said "just take Benadryl because if you're asleep you won't feel the symptoms." This man is the most useless, misogynistic insult to the medical field I've ever come across. Save your money and your health and ask for medical advice from a wall instead of this poor excuse for a man. He should never be allowed to speak to anyone ever again in a medical (and honestly any other) setting ever again. Horrible, horrible experience. For reference my visit with him lasted one minute and 45 seconds and he hung up on me. Absolute trash.

He helped me tonight on MeMd my first teledoc experience and he was quick and to the point, so very much appreciated! Asked me what was wrong and offered recommendation if it does not get better with antibiotics. Thank you!

my grandmother was complaining of general symptoms of a heart attack and went to a local er. dr woolery seen her immediately and was very aggressive with her care and needs. he saved her life and had her sent promptly by flight to a cardiac hospital. his bedside manner was very impressive and his approach with my grandma was valuable. without his care, knowledge, and promptness we would not have someone we hold so dear to us and owe him this. i would recommend to anyone that dr.woolery gives holisitic and excellent medical care to his patients

Dr. Woolery took the time to explain my diagnosis to me and was very thorough. Our family was very impressed with his professionalism and empathy. He made sure our family was informed of our father's condition in the ICU and answered all of our questions. He is an EXCELLENT physician.
