Staff is very courteous and efficient. Dr York listens well, explains my options & risks, suggests plan forward with options but leaves the ultimate decision to me. I truly appreciate his care & compassion!

Dr York has been a caring, encouraging, informative, patient, gentle, honest care giver. Would not choose to go to anyone else for care that he can provide. If I could clone him for every care specialty I would do so!!

All of the office staff is wonderful. Dr. York is one of the most caring doctors I’ve ever ever met. He takes the time to explain everything so that you understand. I have been seeing Dr. York for years! He's very kind, patient, and extremely skilled. I have been putting off back surgery for many years. Not because I didn't think he was skilled but because I couldn't afford to take all that time off. Today when he came in he had a big smile on his face because he knew what I have been waiting on has finally come to be. He is able to do my back surgery with a minimally invasive procedure as an outpatient I will only need to be off work for two weeks. I understand that it is only if I am a viable candidate. I'm getting all the new scans and if I qualify I gladly put my back in his hands. Dr. Ragland was my original doctor and I know how particular he was and he told me Dr. York is the best spine surgeon in Tennessee. Over the last few years I have come to know going to him was the best decision I ever made.
