My endoscopy when perfectly. I was scheduled for 12 noon and that is the exact time. There were no surprises. Doctor Pineda explain everything so I could understand it and gave me a review immediately after the procedure.

The consult I had went really well. The staff was very friendly and they checked me in very quickly. Dr. Pineda explained what tests I was going to need to have run and explained the potential outcomes. I appreciated his candor. The staff explained everything that I needed to do prior to my proceedure and answered all my questions. They were great. I also really liked the kiosks in the exam room. They were informative and helped to make the wait go pretty quickly. Would definitely recommend this clinic.

I was deeply impressed by both the staff and doctor Pineda-Bonilla. The staff was friendly, professional, and courteous. Dr. Pineda-Bonilla was kind and had a great "bedside manner," but was also very thorough. I felt very comfortable discussing my concerns with him. I see now why my primary care physician sends him many of her patients. I highly recommend this doctor and his staff.

Dr. Pineda possesses all of the characteristics one hopes to find in a physician. He is extremely personable, compassionate, and competent. He does not rush through appointments. Rather, he takes the time to listen to the patient, and thoroughly reviews pertinent patient information before planning a course of action. Diagnosis and treatment options are explained in detail. I highly recommend Dr. Pineda, and consider myself very fortunate to be under his care.
