Dr. Joon Mo Myung, MD

I have never spoken to a doctor as unprofessional as Dr. Myung. I had two separate phone appointments with him, over a month apart. I brushed off the first experience, and decided to give him another try. Same experience. He laughed (a lot) and told me "kids like you have stomach problems all the time". I'm almost 30. He felt a need to mention his years of experience multiple times, as if that justifies his demeanor. When I start to talk about my symptoms, he talks over me, very loudly and persistently, drowning out my voice. He would laugh at my symptoms, and tell me "what are the chances you have pancreatitis or stomach cancer?", when I did not mention anything like that, I was merely attempting to explain my symptoms. I was able to explain more to the nurses that took the pre-screening call, than I was with Dr. Myung. He proceeded to brush off any and all of my concerns, and had the nerve to tell me "what do you want me to do?", as if this wasn't HIS job. He also asked in an… accusatory tone if I do any drugs like "special K and marijuana", implying that those may be causing my problems. Terrible conversation from start to finish, and it's a shame I wasted my time and energy with him and his establishment.

Worst bedside manners.

Called in the morning to try ro get a same day appointment, the receptionist was helpfull and was able to book an early afternoon appointment. Once i arrived at rhe location finding the office was hard. The main entrance is not on Northern Blvd its on the side side street, rhere is no posted sign as to which floor or suite the doctor was in (2nd floor). Signing in was easy, convenient and the receptionists were helpfull. I was sean in a timely manner, the consultation was informative and the Dr was friendly. I would recommend seeing Dr Myung.

This is the rudest provider i have ever met in my life. Save your self the time and don't go see this doctor. Not only is he rude but his office staff is completely horrendous. Office "Manager" Sandy was rude impatient and would not let me speak. They pretty much brushed off my medical issue and i had to find a new provider. Don't waste your time. Don't let these people charge your insurance for terrible service.

“Chicks like you get a little stomach pain and they run to the doctor” is what this clown doctor told me after a week of intense stomach pain, diarrhea, and vomiting. I was constantly forced to argue with this doctor about my pain as if I did something wrong by visiting the doctor. I waited 1 whole week in pain and had no choice but to go to the doctor because I didn’t seem to be recovering. 1st of all, no doctor should EVER use that kind of tone and attitude with a patient no matter how serious or minor the problem is. I have never had a doctor call me a “Chick” and he basically left me feel guilty for visiting.

The most horrific doctor I have ever met. He is incredibly rude. I visited him because I suspected issues with my health based on my symptoms which I was able to confirm online. He completely ridiculed me and to not play doctor on myself. At the end, we got testing done that proved without a shadow of a doubt that I was in fact right about what I had learned prior to visiting him. Do yourself a favor and for the sake of your time and health, do not meet his doctor.

Very friendly staff, great dr., new and clean office. Does scopes in office. Highly recommended.

Dr. Myung diagnosed my reflux after I've had chronic problems for over a decade. He gave me options for treatment and since I've seen him 6months ago, I have not had any issues that kept me up at night. I am so grateful for him and his friendly staff.
