Dr. Greenbaum replaced my hip and from day one I had very little pain compared to years before surgery. Dr. Greenbaum never made me feel rushed and he answered all my questions. I had total confidence going into the surgery that I had made the right decision in choosing him. He didn't disappoint. I will always be grateful for his guidance and surgical expertise. I wish all doctors were like him.

I would highly rate more then five stars if I could. Dr. Greenbaum truly cares about all his patients. Takes the time to explain everything to you. My mother has had three hip replacements. The last one done by this Dr. was completely complicated and took a long tome. It saved her life. She is now well and doing great! Thank you.

Dr Greenbaum and his staff were extremely proactive, professional and helpful with all aspects of my hip revision surgery. Dr Greenbaum put me at ease, if that was possible, in the shape I was in. I was no longer able to be weight bearing on an artificial hip which I had inside me 22 years. Dr Greenbaum did extensive research to find compatible hardware which he then replaced. Without his knowledge and experience I would not be able to walk today. I was always treated promptly, with care and compassion I’ve not seen before with a surgeon. Dr Greenbaum and his entire staff at NEOS are top notch.

I’m 36 years old and had severe osteonecrosis in my left hip and needed a total hip replacement. This man has done almost 1000 hip surgeries and the patience he showed and compassion was impressive. My hip is healing wonderfully due to his skill. I would recommend hi to anyone!

Dr. Jordan Greenbaum replaced both my knees over several years. He took exceptional care of me clinically and personally. I found his personal manner to be kind and compassionate through the arduous journey of surgery and physical therapy. I am very grateful to be able to walk without pain every day, inside or outside on my beloved early morning walks. I highly recommend him.

Unfortunately, I couldn't get past the Physician Assistant to even see Dr. Greenbaum. I requested to have my next visit with the doctor as I wasn't happy and confident in the treatment or information I received from the PA. His answer to everything was a cortisone injection. I was advised that before I could see Dr. Greenbaum he needs to review my file to make a determination about whether or not I need to see a doctor or continue on with a PA. I asked them to proceed and two weeks later after calling several times he still hadn't reviewed my file. All the while I was in pain. I requested my records and changed doctors; one that cares about the patients he treats especially since he's getting paid to see them.
