Dr. Jordan Jm Jude, MD

Over. 10 years ago you operated on my so, he boxed as a sport and developed. Clot due to sparring, only by gods will, my son had this clot for. Over 2 months, I flew from El Paso in a matter of hours. You took him from your office directly to operating room. You pulled him through. It was a rough road, but we made !! Blue sky’s ahead. Thank you lord, st . Jude and Dr. Jude fir spareing my son. You are forever in my prayers, you are touched by god. Jesus morales and irene morales.

This Dr. Is incompetent.

It’s all about the dollar for Dr. Jude. The more surgeries, the more money. He used all my insurance and drained my pocket too. He performed multiple surgeries, leaving me worse off than when I first consulted him. His staff member Linda E. Rodriguez was consistently disrespectful, hostile, and bullying. On multiple occasions she lied. Moreover, her failure to carry out basic coordination between doctor and patient, including getting records and calendaring appointments, jeopardized my health. Dr. Jude cannot be deaf and blind to Linda’s brutal mannerism and indifference toward his patients. On nearly every appointment, Linda called to cancel at the last moment. She did so for three appointments when I was already in route to the appointment. By far the worst cancellation was when I called two days before surgery to confirm my appointment the next day. It had been scheduled for months. She was flippant when responding it was cancelled. (Apparently she had not intended to notify me.)… I was speechless. Linda had already cancelled and rescheduled that particular Pre-surgery office visit twice. This was the third time. So, I had no office visit to prepare for that spinal surgery. Ostensibly, the cancellation was because “the doctor knows” the plan so didn’t need to see me. I wondered if that was true, why was it scheduled in the first place? I replied, “What about the patient’s needs?” Linda said Dr. Jude could answer questions at the hospital in OR Pre-surgery holding. And that’s exactly what happened. Dr. Jude made himself available to me for about 5 minutes Immediately before I was wheeled to OR on a gurney. I underwent multiple spinal surgeries by him and my condition worsened each time. Do not darken the door of this medical office. Patients are no more valuable than cattle on a cattle drive.

Great doctor who excels in his field. He literally saved my life. You may read some negative comments about his bedside manner, and I can understand how some people may feel that way. He's not your best friend. But he is the guy who can save you. He's the guy who can fix you. So would you rather have a buddy with his hands digging around your brain or a really skilled, really smart, really talented guy who has been there before and knows what he's doing?

Dr. Jude was extremely, professional, great bedside manner, and very personable. He was thorough, kind and supportive before, during and after my surgery. I highly recommend him. A true professional, excellent surgeon.

I was referred to this doctor from my pain specialist Dr. Jones . Took weeks to get an appointment (not my complaint) I get there 1 hour early since I had to do paperwork and per their request I had xrays done. I’m taken to the back at 12:00 or so. Girl ask me if my condition was due to an auto accident I say yes. She ask did they not ask you when u made an appointment if this was due to accident? I said not that I recall and if she had I would’ve disclosed it. Linda (visibly mad) to my room doesn't introduce herself or provides her position and says she did ask if this was due to an accident . I told her I was sorry but I didn’t recall you asking and if you had I would’ve advised you it was . she says we ask everyone it’s a script we have. She states I have to pay 500. For the office visit . I explained my insurance is covering all my medical cost for this accident . The case I had is closed and insurance has been reimbursed for medical cost and my legal case is closed. Her… response well this mri is old you can go back and say the condition is worse and try and sue again. (That statement didn’t make sense but I wasn’t going to argue with her over that) I advised that’s not possible since the case is closed ( I signed legal documents saying I would settle for the amount they offered and case closed can’t go back and sue) she wasn’t listening to me at all didn’t allow me to explain anything to her . You could tell she was really mad . I left completely heartbroken . I called my medical insurance spoke to the person that handled my account with BCBS she called linda as soon as she hung up with me told her I’m covered even faxed her a letter to make sure they had this in writing . BCBS Rep Scarla immediately called me back and said I spoke to Linda and I’ve faxed letter to her already . I called Linda back to see if they could still see me but she wouldn’t take my call (appointment was at 1:30 I left their office at 12:30 ) I’d been waiting for this appointment for some time and was looking forward to possibly having surgery to repair 2 bulging disc in my back . I’m in pain anytime I walk or sit to long. It’s affected my job and MY life. I just want to get better I want to feel normal again. You would think she would’ve called me back to allow me to be seen ( I left her a message) or reschedule my appointment. Linda you lack professionalism and most of all you lack empathy. You have no idea the amount of pain I’ve been under now I’m stuck with X-ray bills because your office asked me to get them done the day of my appointment and I have to wait another 3.5 weeks to see another doctor. I hope this clinic will one day realize how rude you are to patients but most of all I hope you realize how hateful you are to people that are their seeking medical help I pray you never have to deal with the pain Im dealing with on a daily basis sad think is i know I’m not the only one you’ve been rude too I saw a review on another site from a patient saying you were rude to her as well.

Other reviews claim he had good bedside manner.i thought he had a terrible bedside manner.couldnt wait to be done with my appt.in room so long waiting on him i watched almost two full episodes of seinfeld.when i was intially called in there were others waiting to be seen by him( we talked) when i left place was empty.so he mudt of waited till he saw all others before coming to me.determined i need cervical fusion from me walking a few steps.not even addressing lumbar issues.

He is the best Doctor anyone could hope for. His surgical skills are the best. He really knows what he is doing. He is very kind, asks a lot of good questions regarding any pain you may have. He has great diagnostic skills, his bedside manner is great, and spends a lot of time with his patients. He has a wonderful staff. He is very prompt to act on any symptom that may be dangerous. He is just a great doctor.
