I've been a patient of Dr Scott (@NEAII) for several years, and he's done a great job of helping me manage my asthma. Problem is with the requirement that in order to get a shot, you have show TWO epi-pens. Somebody is paying a lot for these epi-pens. I was lucky, my insurance paid. Then I got to the office and they examined my epi-pens and said the pens were expired, and so was the scrip to renew. Pharmacy was out and back-ordered. You might think that the staff who examines the epi=pens every time I come might have said, "Oh, please notice that your pens are expired." Nope. Wait till the patient gets there and say no shot for you.

Dr. Scott is wonderful. He listened and tested and found the answer to my specific, very hard to diagnose, health issue. I have gone to every specialist been hospitalized twice, many ER visits, anaphylaxis. Dr. Scott and Dr Robert Babineau Jr. spent a long time trying to put everything together after many years and they have found the answer. I thank them both! I do not know who was happier that he could put the whole puzzle together; him or me. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that the office manager in Leominster was probably one of the rudest people my husband and I have encountered in all of the many years of visits. She was very unprofessional, to say the least.

Dr Scott is a compassionate, thorough doc & spends time w/his patients. His staff is also great.

Dr. Scott is excellent my whole family has seen him and our first visit was 15 years ago. I am still returning!

We had a really good experience. Dr. Scott was super chill and easy to understand to the process. We are very happy with his service. Highly recommend!

Dr Scott was very thorough. He made plenty of time for my intake and did it with a smile . I was extremely happy with this first visit, I am waiting for a treatment plan. I highly recommend him.

My daughter sees many different doctors and to say she is not enthusiastic about many of them is an understatement!!! She LOVES Dr. Scott!!! He was kind and knowledgeable. He was empathetic and very warm.. He’s the best!!
