He is like our family practitioner. He has done a knee replacement on my mom, and she is perfect. He has done ACL repairs on my eldest daughters knees, he has taken care of my "tennis elbow" and he has taken care of my youngest daughter's stress fracture in her foot. As long as you follow his rules, everything works out perfectly!

Dr. Simon surgically repaired my rotator cuff and most recently performed total knee replacement. On both occasions I have nothing but great things to say about him. He listens, treats first (before jumping right into surgery) and when the decision is made that surgery is the answer he totally informs of the circumstances and the procedure. His assistant, Helene, at the Orangeburg office is also very helpful. The Joint Replacement Center at Nyack is also a very well run area of the hospital. Everything pertaining to my surgery ran smoothly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

From my first visit to my last (post shoulder replacement) everything met or exceeded my expectations. Dr. Simon's staff was polite and exceedingly thorough. Dr. Simon listened to all my questions and concerns and addressed everything with respect and just enough humor to put a patient completely at ease. Dr. Simon performed the total joint replacement of my right shoulder. Three months after the surgery my expectations have been exceeded by far. So, not only was the surgery successful, but my experience with his office and staff has been great. Dr Simon is also a compassionate individual. He took the time to answer my questions thoughtfully.

Although Dr. Simon appears to be a good surgeon his office staff in both offices leave little to be desired. You can never get through to the Orangeburg office, you leave a message and no one calls back. Then they give you a number to the Pamona office that rings and rings and rings. When I called back to the Orangeburg office to see if I wrote down wrong number, they told me there is no answering machine or service and they are probably on phone with another patient since it is a doctor's line therefore just keep calling back. For the love of god.... in this day and age you cannot have someone picking up the phones!! You want to frustrate a client that just wants to make an appointment ? Just wrong...
