Dr. Jordan Gay Stanley, MD

Had to have my hip replacement REDONE by a revision doctor in Dallas.. Dr Stanley dismissed my concerns and assured me I would walk fine, magically, I guess. I had initially given a great review but since removed it and I'm finally telling a very condensed version of my story.

The only reason I gave one star is that the incision is not noticeable due to being in a crease in my palm. Otherwise, the entire experience was a nightmare. He was very unprofessional, as was his staff. I had complications after my surgery. No one from that office followed up to see how I was doing. After months of not getting back to me, he told me it was not his problem. As long as the numbness is gone in my fingers, he's done his part. He did not care one bit that I only have 60% usage in my hand, yet he still wants me to go back to work and pass a physical lifting 50 pounds. His staff as well as the doctor had no compassion or offered any kind of help with the issues of my hand.It's been three months and I'm still in pain, worse now than before I started the surgery. Do not go to see Dr. Jordan Stanley in the Longview/Tyler area. It is worth a trip out of town if that's the case. The absolute worst experience ever. Where are the ethics from this so called professional specialist.

He was the doctor on call. Almost 2 weeks after my surgery I spiked a fever. The first thing he said was, "Why are you calling at 10:00 on a Saturday night?" He was very rude the remainder of the call. It was very clear he didn't care. If he has a problem speaking to patients at night, he shouldn't be on call.

Dr. Stanley is the most competent, caring and compassionate doctor I have been to. After two partial knee replacements, I am walking without pain for the first time in years.

Dr. Jordan G. Stanley is an incredible surgeon, but an even better man. He is a compassionate being who treats his patients with respect and the upmost care. I love you, Dad! Have a good day at work. Love, Jordan Junior

Your support staff is not very courteous

Dr. Stanley is the best! I have recommended him to numerous friends. Thry rate him as Excellent!

Both appointments I had were horrible from the PA to dr Stanley. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS FACILITY! I wouldn't send my dog here. Dr Stanley was rude and insulting. He is definitely not caring nor compassionate about his patients. It's SD you have to go out of town for better care.

I give him a big fat zero!!!!
