Do not recommend. Didn't want to see her PA so I was "kicked" out of her business. No problem wasn't planning on going back anyway. She works for a bunch of South Asians. They are using her to bring in Caucasian patients. She was very rough during last injection.

I checked to see if she was in my United Healthcare network, she was. I checked to make sure the procedure was covered, it was. Her website says she is in Piedmont (which is covered), she is not, at least with the bill I was sent. I was billed from a facility called "CPMSC", you guessed it, it's OUT OF NETWORK! I have never heard of this place, there was no sign and there was no conversation on this, even though they knew what insurance I had. I guess it is in all the small print that I signed to have the procedure so BEWARE OF THE SMALL PRINT. I always thought a doctor had your best intrest at heart.

I saw Dr. Tate as a result of bursitis in my hip. I have had chronic pain in both hips for years. She pinpointed the source of my pain and gave one of the best shots I have ever had. Dr. Tate is very professional and has a great “bedside manner”. She took time with me and I definitely felt like I was in excellent hands. What an intelligent and personable young woman she is!

I have severe chronic pain and have seen many pain doctors (unfortunately). Dr Tate is by far the most honest and sincere doctor I have worked with. Very smart and gave more advanced options than just pills and steroids.

Dr Tate is sweet, but very young and inexperienced. She strongly encouraged me to get a spinal stimulator but seemed to only know about one brand. When I told her I wanted one like my friend had she couuld not explain why her choice was better. I think she really did not know because she is so new at being a doctor. I went to another doctor and feel much better after getting the care I needed from a doctor who knew his stuff and listened to me.
