Let me just start this review by saying that the receptionist (Puerto Rican, short hair) was extremely nice and honestly the only person there that even smiled at me. Second of all, The doctor was right in front of me the whole time while I was getting asked the basic questions and she didn’t even look at me or acknowledge me at all so I didn’t even know she was my doctor. Both her and her assistant I’m assuming were not welcoming of new patients. Then when I was in the room I was hoping that I would be able to talk one on one with her about both insecurities and questions that any 23-year-old female would have going to the gynecologist. Like I said I’m 23 so I was hoping she would explain things to me and answer some other ones considering she’s the specialist. That was not the case. The few times I did speak up to talk, she didn’t seem to care much, and overall it was really uncomfortable trying to talk to her because it felt like I was bothering her by even being there so I gave up… and walked out with the same questions. Second of all, she didn’t explain any of my questions and when the exam was finished, she just left. She didn’t explain what medication I was going to get, or how to even use it. She didn’t explain anything at all she just left. Once I got dressed, I walked out and they’re both at the counter again and didn’t even acknowledge just to say goodbye. The only one that did was the receptionist. Overall she was in my opinion extremely unprofessional, lazy, and just someone that I would not recommend. She made me feel like I was a bother the whole time. For her choice of career, she need to learn how to speak to people because a gynecologist is a doctor who hat deals with people and their most intimate problems. Things you’re embarrassed about or things that are going my on with your body that you want to understand. A gynecologist should make you feel comfortable. She didn’t.

Always in rush made me suffer from c-section infection.

Lazy, unprofessional, always in a rush, she made me suffer from c-section wound infection and delaying my healing which made me being away of my baby for 2 weeks, i dont know from where she got 5 start I doubt she bought them??.
