My experience with dr Benito is amazing he has been my care giver for more than 20 years and my family has him as the best dr ever also he is mental disorder dr, he provides his mental health therapies as each individual needs it to bad for those that have bad reviews for him cause you are missing out on a great DR …. Can’t wait to have him attend us on our next appt

Dr.Benito is probably one of the worst psychiatrist you could possibly go to. For starters his staff is incompetent, extremely rude, and unprofessional. Benito is barely in the office, he crams a weeks worth of appointments for each day he decides to work per week which are very few and schedules everyone at the same time so when you get to your appointment expect about another 10-20 people to be waiting around in front of the elevators since the offices waiting room will also be packed. Also good luck trying to get ahold of him or his office staff since they rarely answer the phone. Benito has no professionalism towards his clients, to him you’ll just be another number. It’s sick how he has people with mental illness just waiting around for hours to be seen and for him to make it almost impossible to communicate with is an insult to all patients who desperately need to see a professional during a time of crisis or need. This doctor has no respect mental health patients.
